Mark did a wonderful job. He was with me within the hour of my call to Emergency Clean, and on a Sunday, too.

He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about his craft, and he did a great job of deep cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen. Mark is a credit to his company.

I would not hesitate to use Emergency Clean again.

I recently needed urgent support for an elderly tenant. This emergency cleaning company responded immediately and handled the situation with outstanding professionalism.
The quality of the work was exceptional. They removed all contaminated materials, thoroughly disinfected the affected areas, and restored the property to a safe and habitable condition. The whole process of dealing with this company was excellent. Jemma called to discuss my needs which was so helpful. We had a stressful situation to sort for an elderly relative so I appreciated her advice and her patience dealing with my questions. The team that turned up to clean worked so hard and did an amazing job. I appreciated them asking me if I wanted to view their work before doing the ozone treatment. Great customer experience all round.

Great experience using this company. Contacted them on Friday with an urgent job for a Guano clean and they were extremely responsive and arranged attendance for the Sunday & Monday. The operatives were extremely helpful and professional and did an amazing clean.

Excellent service. We needed an urgent deep clean for a 3 bedroom house in a very poor, dirty state. Matt and Cory were responsive and professional, answering all our queries, providing a quote, and booking the service in quickly. The cleaning team were friendly, flexible, and completed a thorough deep clean in one day, the house was transformed. We would use again and highly recommend.

I needed a bio hazard clean fast. I called one of the biggest companies in the market and they gave me th run around for 2 days without any progress. I spoke to Emergecny clean UK and then sent someone over to do the job in 35 mins! Katie was very professional and even helped me pick up my post as I couldn't bend down. Can't thank them enough.

The initial contact was very prompt and efficient. We got a quote within a few hours of enquirying about the service. The cleaning staff were very considerate and polite and we are really impressed with the standard of the cleaning. Would definitely use this company again if we need another cleaning service.

We needed an urgent deep clean to avoid eviction. The whole three bed flat was sorted and cleaned including one bedroom which was almost packed to the ceiling with rubbish. The guys doing the rubbish removal were lovely, very friendly and fast. There was no judgement. The cleaners did an amazing job the next day. Definitely recommend.

In what has been a very stressful time for my family and I, Emergency Clean UK have provided an excellent service from start to finish. From the first initial call with Matt, who listened with compassion to the situation we were in, I was confident in this company's ability to help us. Matt noted details about the flat that needed cleaning and after being sent images to help provide a quote, gave extra information on other ways they could help us such as clearing general waste in the flat too. The quote came through in just a few hours and was very detailed so we knew what to expect. Leading up to the day of the clean, I asked Matt further questions which he was always happy to answer and did so quickly. Our cleaning team was Marta and Michal and they did a fantastic job in just 3 hours. They arrived on time, were friendly and kind and before the clean began, Marta confirmed the choices of which items were to be removed. We were informed by the cleaning team when they were due to finish for us to arrive back at the flat and could not believe the difference considering the awful state the flat was in beforehand. They walked us through to explain what had been done in each room and checked we were happy with the results. Marta also informed us that they disinfected the bathroom too (which was not on our quote but used by them for hot water). After the clean, we had further contact with Matt during the payment confirmation. We expressed our gratitude to the team again and he was very grateful for the kind words. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a deep, detailed clean.

I can’t thank Corey and his team enough! I came home to a toilet overflow and I was completely overwhelmed. Corey was incredibly helpful and replied instantly, which immediately put me at ease. They sent a team the same day and they were incredible!!!! So professional, kind, and efficient.

Called on New Year’s Eve and spoke to a great advisor who asked for some details and then had a quotation back to me within a couple of hours.
Immediate response to additional enquiries and then had the clean booked for New Year’s Day.
Cleaning technician arrived on time and was very reassuring for my mother in law who we booked the clean for and talked through the entire procedure and put her mind at rest. Clean was very thorough and done within the time frame advised. She also went through everything again and checked we were happy before leaving.

I recently needed the services of Emergency Clean UK following the undiscovered death of a relative in their home.

The support I received from both Corey and Matt was very welcome at such a difficult time. They explained clearly what they proposed to do to resolve the situation and provided a very good quote, detailing the treatments that would be used and the standards that they complied with.

When I met the team on site, they were also very professional and compassionate and did a fantastic job to make the site hygienically safe for me to start clearing the hoarding situation.

I used this company to clear a relative's flat. He is a hoarder and was living in extremely chaotic and unhygienic conditions which was causing him (and me) a lot of stress. Thankfully Emergency Clean UK came to the rescue. Its customer service was first class and the ladies who came to deal with the situation were marvellous. They tackled the clear out with care and sensitivity, giving the carpet cleaner space to do his magic. They left leaving the flat sparklingly clean. I cannot thank them all enough.
