I am only a tennant. If I was a homeowner I would probably update on products that Enercare provide. I am also a senior therefore I will only get what I could afford. I have had great service. Thank you.

There are several questions near the end, that don't have the proper choice selection, such as " do not use this product" so if I don't have a,water softener, how can I answer the question with your 3 choices

I was not too pleased when this company raised its rental prices just after the first year of a hot water/furnace rental sgreement.

Easy to book for appointments.
technicians are courteous, easy to deal with, job well done

During winter the water heater it takes longer time especially in shower area compare to the kitchen.

Choosing the answers in the drop down more likely to do survey

Poor installation. Messed up my billing and had to call 6 times to resolve it.

I am very satisfied with customer service and affordability of the service.

Enercare has been GREAT to us for over 25 years

I've had no issues with my water heater rental. The billing is accurate and the direct payment withdrawals are punctual and consistent.
