enercare.ca レビュー

I've had no issues with my water heater rental. The billing is accurate and the direct payment withdrawals are punctual and consistent.

Enercare provides very good customer service that’s not the issue. When I asked if they would reward loyalty with some type of discount on buying a water heater then said they couldn’t do anything for me. This is after 10 years of a rental in which they made a great deal of money off of me. I was in desperate need to get one right away (my rental was leaking all over the floor) so I went with Enercare. I’ve since done my homework and have found other options should I ever need another new wh.

Customer service.

I don't have enough interaction to speak to some of the questions you ask.

I do not know if i am supposed to review enercare or trust pilot and i have no idea who or what trust pilot is.

There is an Opportunity for reducing the cost of services for loyal customers, with a vintage of 1 year plus with Enercare. The current services are costly and not commensurate to the price being levied.

I have had good experiences being a customer of Enercare, their plus points:
Customer care
Bundled services
Professional technicians

Easy to deal with, prompt and quality service, good prices especially if you bundle. Look for deals!

Enercare is always available when needed. I don’t worry they will take too long to get back to me or fix something. Plus their customer service is amazing.

Same day service, problem was solved.

Fast service.

Until now, no other brand/company has ever asked for a survey of their product within a household. I have been fortunate to live in four housing units during my stay here in ONTARIO and can vouch that Enercare is the only company reaching out to home owners requesting views of how to better serve customers.
