Great location, most affordable gym ever. Has everything I need to work out, the PTs & managers are helpful and the website to book your visits is easy to use.

Wide range of machines and free…
Wide range of machines and free weights, good capacity, and considerate clientele and staff.
I question the efficiency of the entry system, however. No biometric scanner or PIN entry, a trainer has to sign you in. Hasn't really been a problem so far as the trainers get there quickly

BEWARE! STAY AWAY!
Once again we have another lockdown and you already know that énergie Fitness is just another company that only cares about your money rather than their clientele's wellbeing. They won't refund your membership or pause it for the days you miss because of lockdown. What's the point of paying for a service you won't be able to use.
Shameful behaviour!
And just watch how they won't acknowledge this review because deep down they are a money-grabbing thief of a company!

It was an excellent experience it was unfortunate fr me my time was short at d gym due to d lockdown but i really had a gud time i will not esitate to recommend d gym to any of my gud friends special thanks to my PT ABS

I love this gym!
I love this gym. Definitely clean, social distancing implemented, never too busy whenever I go, and a positive vibe from all patrons. I’m glad I signed up with this gym.

Bad service and UNSAFE environment.
Bad service, no anti-bac wipes, staff letting other members eat whilst using the gym equipment. Felt unsafe. Complained and never had a response so cancelled and I was still charged for a month. I would not use Energie again.

They steal your money
The gym facility is fine run of the mill gym but due to lockdown the gym was closed, that's understandable but not giving the months that were missed refunded or added back on, so my membership of 9 months I only got to use for 1 and a half months. This is daylight robbery and is disgusting practice especially when spending a large amount of money for a gym membership is already so much traveling for some people and for them to essentially take your money and run it's just not, makes me feel violated. also right now it's not worth the money since half the facilities are not in use so stay clear from all these gyms on that leave it as a monthly contract or pay as you go type of style this place is not worth it at all
And they charge £20 for cancellation fee of any direct debit.

We understand that it is not ideal but we have to implement these systems due to COVID regulations. I can honestly say it’s one of the best…
I can honestly say it’s one of the best gyms I ve been to in London the amount of equipment and quality of the machines is second to none at the price the staff are friendly and helpful both the owners are there on a regular basis which is great and always looking for ways to improve

This gym is amazing
This gym is amazing, I started back the week after it reopened, the staff are friendly and helpful, during lockdown they have bought a lot of new equipment, the weights and machines are well spaced out, and all the Covid19 regulations are probably the best I’ve seen, the staff are consistently wiping the weights and machines down as well as the clients that are using the them, there’s no shortage of paper sanitizer wipes, also an easy booking system has been put into place, top quality 👍 and I forgot to mention a great bunch of gym goers use this gym

What an amazing gym, with a really friendly team. Well equipped and very clean. Members are well friendly and good fun. They've just had some new equipment delivered and I've been told there's more on the way
