Safe & clean
This is the first gym that made me feel that this is where I belong. The staff are helpful and always polite, the gym is clean and safe to train in. The other members are always nice to me, there is a lovely community feeling here

This Gym is amazing!
This Gym is amazing!
Modifications have been made to ensure enough space for individual workouts and they take all the measures safe. They team staff is very kind and the all the spaces all super clean always.

The whole experience felt very safe and…
The whole experience felt very safe and well monitored. Am always greeted at the door and instructed, there is constant cleaning by staff and lots of space. Felt good to get back to the gym!

Very friendly atmosphere and great…
Very friendly atmosphere and great staff. Everyone is willing to help and keep you safe. The gym is sectioned of in grids for weight area and cardio machines so you have your and space and at least 2 meters distance. Machines are cleaned and weights sanitised all the time. Great place to work out and feel safe at the same time.

Completely professional service
Completely professional service - especially during these uncertain times of Covid. I initially tried to support the club by continuing to pay for membership during lockdown but then had to put everything on hold. Speedy and proficient correspondence- and my payments were paused straight away. Now the gym has reopened all social distancing measures are being adhered to. I feel completely safe using the facilities. Great club.

Great gym great staff the only problem…
Great gym great staff the only problem is that there does not seem to be enough antibacterial wipes put out and a lot of people don't even bother to wipe down there machines after use not seen much cleaning
Either especially when the virus is still present but other then that this is a great gym

Modifications have been made to ensure enough space for individual workouts plus a bit of refurb to fix the lumps and bumps. New barbells and dumbbells too!
Antibac on the door and plenty of wipes for equipment. Easy check-in with friendly staff :)

Terrible service
Terrible service on multiple occasions. Payments were paused since March and was not even notified when the gym opened in August - just saw payment taken from my account. Called and emailed multiple times to cancel my membership as I was not comfortable going to gym with COVID still present and no answer. When they did finally reply, they argued that they would charge me again in September. Hope that 23pounds was worth losing a long-standing customer for

Shady practice
Cancelled my membership back when COVID started happening and now 4 months later they're trying to charge me again. Way to cash in when people are in financial hardship. Stay clear of this gym and their shady practices.

Still spamming me, won’t let me unsubscribe
They’re still emailing me a year after I cancelled my membership and after I have pressed Unsubscribe on every single email (one every week or so) since. I see other people on here with the same issue.
Please can you reply to me telling me how I can have my email removed from your system? I will be complaining to OFCOM if you don’t reply in the next week.

A great budget gym with plenty of…
A great budget gym with plenty of equipment (6 squat racks! 👍😀), a friendly team and nice members who help to create a nice community feel to the gym - compared to the more ‘corporate’ gyms around.

The wonderful Dee and lovely Styles (think I spelt this right) are always extremely welcoming and always has the open door policy. I love these guys.
Walking in and having the team being so kind and caring whether I'll be down in the dumps always manage to uplift me and the support is immense. Ford, Jackie, Charbel and the lovely Hermes wonderful souls and the love is appreciated.
Tyrone - my wonderful trainer puts up a lot from me everyday even when he gives me leg day....He has been consistent and I will follow him wherever he goes. The bond between a client and a PT is unbreakable and I've watched him grow to be where he is today. Always helping others is a beauty, stays calm no matter what and a true professional. Anyone that has a chance to train with him is very fortunate and will never leave him.
The changes have been noticeable and is always continuing to make me strive and push myself everyday.....the drive that any PT would give an he has the policy of "Never letting you give up / Yes you can do it" Love this concept and the DOMS are always a joy.
Love the gym, love the team love my Ty :)

I love this gym
I love this gym. The staff are super nice and the classes are good. Ford is an asset to the team. He is extremely personable and greets everyone with a smile.

No hot water in the showers
No hot water in the showers, If is more then one person having shower is just cold like ice ...in these months not a great experience

We value our members above all else and we hate letting them down. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Good value for money, even though the quality of classes should be improved.
For the price of memebership we pay we receive a high quality service. However, the quality of classes provided is not really take into consideration. I would like to suggest to improve the quality of some courses. Sometimes they are repetitive and not very intense. I would suggest to create more dynamic and active classes. I believe the more the PTs are involved into the process the more they provide a better class. In my opinion, they should receive a small percentage on the class they do in order to improve the quality of the service itself.
I would also suggest to reintroduce the Yoga class because it was one of the post popular one.
