Excellent gym
Excellent gym, very clean and friendly staff. Machines and equipment are in good shape but it would be nice to have more variety, a couple more benches or machines like dip machine or preacher curl will benefit the place.
Overall a good experience.

Joined for the price and location but…
Joined for the price and location but have been really additionally impressed by the friendly staff, constant cleaning and hard working atmosphere. Just really pleasant place to work out and also not scary if you are arriving early in the morning - plus there’s a Sainsbury’s for a treat afterwards 🤣. Good gym! Highly recommend.

I have been very impressed with EF. They got the gym up and running very quickly and I’m pleased the yoga is on as well

I am a member for some time now and very happy with the service. They are following the COVID 19 measures and very clean place. The staff are super helpful and friendly!!

Good gym but not great covid management
I like this gym the people are really nice and i like going when I am home but I don't think they are taking Covid seriously more they are doing it out of obligation. They have spray etc but won't have bins close by. You have to book but there is clearly not a limit on how many people can be there at one time. Social distancing isn't real enforced and they do have tape on the floors of the different equipment but its more just a box there for show and isn't actually advising anything.

Friendly staff; great facilities.
Friendly staff, great facilities. Their sanitation routines since re-opening are very good; plenty of sanitiser for customers to use and the staff also clean all the equipment down regularly.
I would take issue, however, with the fact that masks are not compulsory, either for customers or staff. My wife's mother died from Coronavirus in April, so I know from personal experience just how deadly this virus can be. I do wear a mask whenever I visit the gym and, given the rising number of cases in London, I think making mask-wearing compulsory would be a good idea and may prevent the gym being closed again if the local situation gets worse.

It's a nice clean place
It's a nice clean place, the staff are really lovely. Not too big, but not crazy crowded either. I like it that you need to book your visit so that they manage the flow of people. Nice gym.

A sound gym, friendly staff.
A sound gym, decent equipment and friendly staff. The only issues I would have at a push would be:
Not really enough disinfectant kit and cloths,
Can get a bit rowdy with the weights boys crashing about
The music policy is baffling and intrusive but that’s because I’m too old for that-so I bring my own sounds.
As I say, it’s a lovely spot, dead friendly and I’m pleased it’s come through the lockdown.

Great staff
Staff is super: friendly, great at motivating and very nice people. The gym itself is a bit packed especially at peak hours, sometimes noisy and the wifi doesn’t work much. It’s a basic gym at a basic price, it has all I need without being special. Great overall.

Not enough space to socially distance and needs a freshen up
Not enough space to socially distance at the free weights, it is usually taken up by a couple of the same people for the whole of duration of my stay usually about an hour. The gym itself is a bit run down for example the walls need a freshen up with some paint.

3 Stars as some improvements needed.
Cardio machines are always mostly available which is good.
Gym machines are very crowded and not available mostly. Also medium weight dumbells are always busy and not available easily. There are only 3 floor exercise mat, which get full quickly.
Staff service is mix. Sometimes new staff struggle to find correct info in the system at the entrance.
