My Fob didn’t work for the first 6…
My Fob didn’t work for the first 6 weeks since signing up. When I repeatedly brought it up with staff, the staff members were slightly rude and unhelpful. They would simply blame head office and not make me feel like the problem was being solved. They’d tell me it’s been fixed, that it takes 24 hours for the changes to kick in, and yet I’d come back a few days later and the problem persisted. This happened repeatedly for 6 weeks.

Good Gym
Generally is a good gym, small but with all the essential you need. The staff is super nice and I enjoy working out there. I wish an assisted pull up machine there.

missing appliances
the gym is good, but it lacks equipment for lower limbs such as a flexor table, shin guard, buttocks and those that have it are few

The gym is very nice and clean
The gym is very nice and clean. I appreciate that each member gets their own cleaning cloth and bottle to wipe down the machines. There aren’t as many machines (therefore not 5stars) and some are missing in comparison to other gyms. The machines are also a bit worn off and might need replacement or a bit more Maintainance. Otherwise the staff is really nice and friendly and no awkwardness at all through the workout. Very caring and always an enjoyable experience when working out. It is a very small gym but has all the essentials.

Good gym
The gym is good, it's light and people at the reception are nice.
I didn't give 5 stars because there is not a proper room for yoga, so we are relaxing and meditating with noises on the background. It is not ideal.

Generally the gym is very good
Generally the gym is very good, unfortunately busy in the evenings, therefore I opt for morning times
Staff is always nice and helpful, they care about cleanness and tidiness of the gym. Sufficient range of weights and other tools to work on your fitness.
As is located 2min from my home I cant complain, the Wi-Fi is not great that's frustrating and should be look into.

The gym is ok the only thing that i don’t like is when become business you can’t do all the training that you want to do bcoz of the space and not enough equipments but overall for me it’s ok like 4 star. Staffs are friendly.

Booking System Doesn’t Work
It would be a five, but the booking system simply does NOT work. I book in an hour training on the Apo and turn up and the gym is packed. You can’t use any equipment as someone is using it!? You need to make the booking system work!! Everyone was just coming in who clearly hadn’t booked a session and just made the place too congested.
