1) This place is tiny
1) This place is tiny. Never enough available equipment / benches / bikes
2) The music in the workout classes (which is only separated from the main gym with a CURTAIN) is soo loud that you cant even hear yourself think let alone your own headset/music. There really is no point to bring your own ear pods b/c the music is too loud.
3) Bring a jacket. Its freezing inside. No matter how hard/long you work, ypu'll never break a sweat with how cold it is

We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the facilities available at your énergie Fitness gym. Our gyms do operate on a boutique level meaning they can often be of a smaller size. Nevertheless, we understand your frustration and if you have any suggestions for improvement please notify a member of staff and they will be happy to take on any ideas you may have.
With regards to the music and temperature in the gym, again please raise this with a member of staff and they will be able to assist you.

Great gym , only problem I really have is my fob never seems to work and the app is very unreliable

Very nice tidy gym
Very nice tidy gym . It’s my happy and free place where I can relax and work out . Have many classes , friendly staff Paloma was very helpful showing me how to use equipment, worth it.

Fantastic local gym
This is the first gym I have joined for years and I'm loving it. The staff have created an atmosphere that is welcoming and friendly. The classes are excellent and varied. Staff take Covid safety very seriously with personal antibac spray available for equipment used. I am so happy I joined.
