Lovely local gym with approachable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great classes- I attend the yoga and pilates here- never disappointed with regular helpful teachers. Great value for money.

Really enjoying this gym. Venus is incredibly kind and given I was nervous joining the gym she always makes me feel comfortable and welcome, especially on my first day.

Welcoming and Encouraging
I’ve had a few rounds of PT sessions with Jade, usually in the lead up to a holiday. I keep going back to her because she is flexible with session times and works around my changing schedule. Plus she pushes me way harder than I push myself. I like that she also shares my programme with me so I can track progress and follow it when I do my own workouts.
Like all the trainers at Energie, Jade is really encouraging and makes me feel welcome whenever she sees me at the gym.

Great gym
Great gym and Mehdi is a fantastic personal trainer, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and zero fitness but he has been really encouraging and offered lots of advice and help. Would 100% recommend.

I appreciate that this is a business…
I appreciate that this is a business but why is the cancellation process made difficult. I have tried to contact the owner of this gym by the names of Jeremy on several occasions but he's not answering his calls. I've left him messages but he hasn't responded. I've contacted harland who have advised me to cancel on the website and it's either not clear or it's non existence. I NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP PLEASE BECAUSE I'M NOT UTILISING THE SERVICE DUE TO WORK AND I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY. THANKS

This gym has all the best equipment, and I’ve never had to wait long to use a machine. For the price it is the best value gym I’ve been to.

Great and clean gym in Islington
Well located and clean gym in Islington. I signed up 1 month ago and since then they implemented more equipments. There is room for everyone who wants to work out in the main aerea or a small room when there are no running classes. Definitely recommend it

Coaches and Classes
I have always enjoyed Energie Fitness. the coaches are professional, energetic and friendly and I've had the pleasure to train with Nathan from Highbury branch.
His classes will help you burn all that extra calories and improve toning, flexibility and agility.
The gyms are never too busy and there are all sorts of machinery.
A relaxing space for exercising.

Have been training here for a year and the gym has :
- good equipments to train (both cardio and weights)
- staff is professional and supportive
I have a PT (Jade) who is very efficient in designing the workouts and pushes you to achieve your goal!

Friendly and well equipped local gym
Nice, clean, well equipped gym with friendly staff. Have been having personal training sessions with Mehdi and would highly recommend. Very good knowledge and motivation.

It's a great gym
I love this gym! I was a bit sceptical closing my account with Virgin, and changing but this gym is so close to me and I Love Petra and her spinning class, the best .I'm so happy I changed it.Thank you!
