Lovely local gym with approachable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great classes- I attend the yoga and pilates here- never disappointed with regular helpful teachers. Great value for money.

Really enjoying this gym. Venus is incredibly kind and given I was nervous joining the gym she always makes me feel comfortable and welcome, especially on my first day.

It's a good gym
It's a good gym. But having been a member of both Palmers Green and Woolwich Energie Fitness this one is lacking. There is no Yard or Cage here and no group exercise space that is really big enough. I'm waiting to find its USP. Everyone is perfectly nice but there is no community buzz like the other ones I've been at. No Friday social, no full classes apart from Spin which is great but there's just something missing...

Great value gym
Usually not overcrowded and the staff were always friendly and happy to help. One of the better gyms around, recommend it.

I am very happy with the service I am receiving from this gym. I didn’t give it 5 star as not all the customer service staff have 5 star service.

I would recommend 👍
Setting up my account and getting started is very easy. Signing up for trainings is very good because I can see how many people are in the gym before I go, although the app is slightly underwhelming - I need to type my password every time.
I really enjoy the free space in the gym, where I can use the thick rope, skipping rope, different blocks for leg exercises and different weights.
There are plenty of cardio machines and just enough strength machines - I can find a way to exercise any muscles I want (I'm not an expert).

Great price and location. Poor equipment quality.
Great price and location.
Poor, old equipment, not very clean, lights sometimes don't work. Recommend only because of price, otherwise there are many better gyms elsewhere.

The Highbury branch has nice enough…
The Highbury branch has nice enough staff and the equipment is ok, but the customer service is appalling. Due to the direct debit being set up at the end of the month, when I had asked for the beginning, one payment was declined. I was charged a £20 'administration fee' that is completely arbitrary and unwarranted and rather harsh in pandemic times when people are getting back on their feet. I was told the £20 would be waived. It wasn't, the money was taken from my account but no one responded to several emails I sent asking them to address this and honour what they had promised to do. Unfortunately I've signed a year contract otherwise I wouldn't be going back.

Lovely helpful staff at Énergie fitness Highbury. I did a personal training programme with the lovely Jade. She was extremely helpful and experienced and gave me lots of knowledge for my fitness journey.
