Just left the gym after 30 minutes and…
Just left the gym after 30 minutes and only using 1 machine. Seriously overcrowded and during the restrictions with COVID this gym needs a visit during peek times. I will be contacting the relevant authorities. Also gym equipment lying around all over the floor, 1 member of staff in back room texting on her phone and the other 2 stepping over the equipment whilst working out.
The gym needs a refresh and some staff that care about it’s customers in this time.

The gym is always packed im having to wait to use gym equipment and with everything with covid I'm sure there's a lot more than the permitted capacity

Worked in Hoddesdon for 2 weeks and…
Worked in Hoddesdon for 2 weeks and trained at énergie i have trained all over the country due to work however I found that the free weight area was a bomb site and an accident weighting to happen this is due to disrespectful members not respecting there gym due to not racking there weights . This is not controlled by staff members .

Really good gym staff are very friendly and welcoming being a little on the bigger side I don’t like going to the gym as I feel a bit uncomfortable but not not at all. It has all the equipment you need at a really good price

cancelled my membership in march
cancelled my membership in march, sadly chronic illness is causing issues and as they don't have a working lift I can't get up the stairs and do an exercise class!
also cancellation was confirmed by email, and yet I have been emailed by the payment company demanding payment of a late payment charge and fees for after my cancellation date!

I enjoy the gym but sometimes gets too…
I enjoy the gym but sometimes gets too packed and what makes it worse is people on mobile phones and groups of teenagers spending too much down time on equipment.

Great friendly staff
Great friendly staff.
Good selection of weights.
A lot of people hog a large variety of weights, machines And benches.
I understand people are entitled to do super sets but if 4 people are doing super set with 3 machines/weights each there’s not much left for anyone else

The gym is friendly and the staff welcoming. My only gripe are the opening hours. 630 is too late for those of us who work. Please please please- open earlier - 530 ?

The gym floor usually dirty due to most people don’t change their shoes. The floor always full with coats and backpacks instead of use the lockers. Not enough mirror at the gym level. I expected more for the that membership price compared to other gyms but you only get the bare minimum.
