I like the fact that the gym opens at 6am so I’m able to do my session before going to work .

I’m an international student from Sri Lanka. I love to workout in the gym and great facilities, equipments and machines around. To be honest the staff is very friendly. I don’t remember his name, sorry ! Very genuine and a friendly and a pleasant person. I loved the customer service he provided towards me. I’m more than happy to recommend this gym to all my uni mates. I’m more than happy to workout there.

Very welcoming environment, helpful staff, great equipment, all at a great price

Other gyms I feel self conscious just by entering... but not at engerie everyone is so welcoming, if I look at a weight machine and think I don't know how to use that there is always a member of staff to show me how highly recommended

Love the gym. Only one issue for me, on occassion, the music (if you can call it that) is much too loud, it drowns out the music I'm listening to on my headphones!!

So far so good. Only joined last weak and i am pretty happy so far. All the Equipment is in good condition, its not to croweded that you have to wait to usethe Equipment.
The staff is very nice and helpful, as are the gym members i interacted with so far.
A small complaint would be that the plates are not stored correctly, (aka to get to a 10kg plate you often have to move over plates out of the way)

A great gym with good equipment, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. The only issues that you might face is that it can be hard to get into Pontypridd during busy hours, parking is a bit of a pain and the gym itself is on the smaller side so it can get packed quickly. But overall a fantastic gym.

Only joined about 4 weeks ago but I love it here, everyone makes you feel welcome and I leave feeling good after working out

Team are really helpful,great facilities and the classes are really good plenty for everyone no matter what your ability or fitness levels.

This gym is great, has everything you need for a good workout. The only thing I will say is, the time of day I go it’s really busy, but that’s no one’s fault, everyone has to work and get there when they can. I love this gym.
Staff are very friendly too.

What a great gym really friendly atmosphere great equipment staff are very helpful cheep as chips membership £20 a month iff you want to get fit this is the place

Excellent Gym love going there and all the classes are excellent especially Gabe in Spin and Andreas classes, love all the other instructors classes too sorry I don’t have all your names but well motivated in alll classes that bring the best out of us in them so thank you all 😎👍👍👍

I had a great welcome. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Wish every gym was like this. Lovely place to come and workout. Thanks Guys I will not be ending my membership anytime soon. Big thumbs up to everyone involved
