The gym should be open at 6am staff not turning up at 5.59 to open up
Two times now they have not been able to open the shutter door.when they do open it it’s 6.13.If there is something wrong with it get it fixed

Easy going gym which makes you feel comfortable to work out in. Would be better if had some additional equipment such as Stairmaster's, Ski-erg's.

Tunstall Stoke on |Trent The gym appeared close to shutting its…
The gym appeared close to shutting its doors at the end on 2019 . New manager appears to have injected some energy into the membership numbers . Just need to get the rower and balance ball that need repairing out of the storage cupboard and back into use please.

I feel very valued as a member.
Training for a 5k isn't easy but the staff keep you motivated and smiling. I always love going to Energie because not only is it a really safe and friendly environment to be in, but you get a value for money - membership is cheap and includes a lot of great things like parking spaces, access to classes, etc. Amazing overall!

A really nice gym
A really nice gym, friendly staff and good environment. No pressure from staff or other users. I like that the gym isn't to big and the equipment is easy to use. i also like that if you don't attend you get a supportive message asking if they can help which is nice.

Punch bag takes awhlie to replace and is never replaced with a good one.
Never any toilet roll in the men's.
Other than that very freindly got everything you need good Value and all round great gym 👍👍

Mostly satisfied
Good equipment and clean gym area. Staff a bit standoffish with no help or support to new gym members (Find myself muddling my way through a lot of equipment). But, overall very satisfied and an excellent price.

Good but changing rooms let it down
Changing rooms could do with a bit of heating and the showers don't drain too well. But the gym itself is well equipped and staff are friendly.

Changing rooms and toilets in very bad…
Changing rooms and toilets in very bad condition. No toilet roll, soap or shower gel. Water does not drain and stays sitting in the showers.

IN general I like it but Its very very cold at the gym and it is a big problem as you can't warm up your muscles properly. And you might catch a cold . I think this 19° Celsius should be standard. I know it's a small gym but it would definitely benefit from another flat bench press as one it's not enough.
