I have been communicating with Sarah over the last month or so regarding switching the electricity supplier for our small business and she has been extremely helpful. It is so refreshing to be able to have a friendly conversation with the same person/team every time and i feel sure that they will actually carry out what has been promised! I am sure the change of suppliers in the coming months will go through as planned, but I have confidence that EAL will be available to assist should there be an issue. How I wish there were more small companies like these guys, who actually care! Well done EAL
