Arash arrived, apologising for being a little late, although he was still within the specified hour. He was thorough, polite and courteous.

Arash came to service my boiler and he was efficient, professional and polite . He left the area clean and tidy job well done , thankyou

Brian Mcflynn came to my house for a survey for heat pump, heating system talked me through the process professionally what things are needed and were to go how long would take top man.

Horrible little man the owner. Trying to be something he is not. Very rude 😠

We were contacted to remind us of annual gas check ...we agreed day and time for work to be carried out.
Arash arrived on time ,as ever, and work was completed timeously ..no mess, no complaints ..

Energy pig is a very good company.Josh and his boys where very good at there job we had no problem with them putting in our new heating and solar panels.I would recommend them to anyone to do theirs heating.it only took 3 days to do your work.

Very nice people. Got the loft insulation done quick. Cleaned up all the mess

David came out to check the boiler this morning and fixed the problem within minutes. So helpful and set up an annual service ready for the winter. Throughly recommend this company don’t hesitate to contact them.

Energypig fitted a new air source heat pump, central heating system and solar panels to our home over a period of two and a half days.
It felt like an invasion but I couldn’t fault these boys on their professionalism. They were highly organised, polite, cheerful and kept us fully informed of all the processes involved during the installation. Team leader Kenny kept a very careful eye on all aspects of the project, he was the first to arrive and the last to leave. I was very impressed with their workmanship all the way.

The engineer Arash was on time and very good at his job spoke me through what he was doing, and smashing manner energy pig good company to deal with any problems they deal with quickly, Arash is a credit to them

Honestly it is ridiculous at this point. I had an energy source heat pump installed and it took 3 months to finish the actual job. And after constantly fighting for them to finish the job, it turns out they done it illegally! After promising to have the correct paperwork in place BEFORE starting the work, it turns out they lied.

Now after almost a year of constant emails and phone calls, I still have no warrant in place for the work carried out and could potentially be left with no heating system at all. It’s always just “yeah we’ll do it” but nothing ever happens.

The people in office are honestly the most useless bunch I have ever dealt with and I’m not sure how this company is even still functioning. Do not recommend at all and the customer service is awful.

Excellent service. An appointment was made swiftly. The engineer was professional and respectful and did a great job explaining how the timer works and servicing my boiler.

We were provided with a clear overview of the operation/design and installation of the proposed system.
Any question we raised were satisfactorily answered, and we have been made aware of the next steps in the process.

I had the pleasure of having Gary Low out to do our survey today. He was friendly whilst also being thoroughly professional, focused on carrying out the work to a high standard. He was here for nearing on 3 hours, during that time he worked non stop! Thanks so much for coming Gary, I’ve already recommended the company to a few of my friends off the back of your visit.

Gary Low carried out a house survey last week and was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Cannot fault.

Not to be trusted.

I had my survey done and had some questions which I put to them.
Getting answers to these questions has proved difficult and the standard of the answers is poor in some cases ("trust me it works, google it yourself" type responses).

They have failed to answer any of my "room in the roof insulation" queries.
During the survey it was suggested that if the insulation depth would prevent the doors opening some insulation could be left off to allow the door to open- this sounds very odd and I wanted pictures of what they meant- these have not been forthcoming. I also wanted to know if my staircase might end up under the legally required height after the insulation, but this has not been answered either.

After months of delay on these questions and no response to my prompting emails I got in touch with the guy that did the survey and was promised that the person who answered the questions was just on leave and the job here would be done before winter.

Another month passes so I chase again; only to be told they have run out of funding (they claim this is not just them but everyone) and they wont get more till next year.

So another winter with no heating. So if you have any conditions made worse by cold be especially worried about using this company.

Just had Gary Low survey our house for insulation and energy efficiency savings. He pointed out problems we didn’t know we had . Someone had painted over ventilation vents on the roughcast on our extension. He was here for two and a half hours and went over everything. He was a pleasure to deal with.
