Professional survey from Gary Low. Gary phoned to find out if he could come earlier and he arrived promptly. I was impressed with the expertise he showed. He was quick to identify marks on the walls where cavity wall insulation was installed. After drilling a hole, this was confirmed to be accurate. My EPC showed "no cavity wall insulation". He then continued to perform a survey for an updated EPC. Throughout the visit, he remained professional and knowledgeable and they have my recommendation.

Had Gary Low & Ian in to do my initial survey's for EC04 funding.
Both were very polite and professional and did a thorough job.
They explained each step of the process to me and what to expect next.
Answered any questions I had about new system, and Ian showed me where all the new pipework would go.

Tried to ride completely over us. Not at all impressed. Said they had to install radiators where I didn't want them. Also run pipes down walls (again where I didn't want them), and that they would have to knock a bigger hole into our loft!! Six men turned up wanting to tramp all over my house, take all the floors up, carpets, move all the furniture. Completely unprofessional. The customer should be able to say where things are going to go and with the minimum of fuss!! Not acceptable.

David Campbell was very helpful with information given and his work ethics sounded perfect, he is a role model for your company

From survey to completion the experience of dealing with Better way energy was outstanding. Rod McLeod was responsive, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. David Reilly was the same. An absolute pleasure to deal with! Arthur and the team did an outstanding job. When they left you would hardly know they had been despite the level of work that was done.

The result is fantastic and the house has never been so warm!

I had Gary Low and Brian completing surveys today at my home. They called me earlier on to ensure I was home and expecting them. They arrived promptly and were very professional throughout. They made sure that they explained what they were doing, and why, at every stage of the survey. Both were very patient with my lack of knowledge of the property. They also provided me with information on what I should expect and instructed me on what to do next. I felt well informed and was comfortable throughout the entire visit.

Had David H do the survey for my insulation this morning. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a few questions to ask and he answered them to my satisfaction. Very good experience from David.

My survey was carried out By Garry Low and his colleague.very informative guy ,explained everything as we went along.Garry even detected a gas leak at my boiler assisted me in calling emergency gas leak call out team who attended and found leak and fixed .thankfully Garry detected this as I did not realise there was a gas leak,I hope I qualify for this heating upgrade.

Just had Jim and David Campbell come in to take the survey and estimates, could not fault anything, they made it very clear what they were doing, what I needed and what the next steps will be, highly recommend to anyone.

not helpful, do not cater for elderly people who are not computer or mobile phone literal, am elderly, you came to my door, have been accessed but 2 months on am still awaiting a response very little communication, do think that you should consider the elderly that do not have the technology skills to meet you re mit

Energy Pig installed my Air Source Heat Pump early March, completed in 2 working days. The team were amazing, taking care and putting carpets back afterwards, as some had to be lifted to lay new pipes. Would highly recommend

Kenny and his team worked extremely hard to install my new heating system. They were extremely tidy and proficient courteous and very knowledgable and kept me up to date with everything they were doing during the whole process we had some snags and teething problems at the start which David reilly the renewables manager promptly and swiftly addressed. Would highly recommend this company

The guys were very good, they worked extremely hard to get the job done within their time schedule. They were also very clean, sweeping up at the end of each day.

Great experience with Arthur and his team! Professional job and kept me informed throughout the process of how the system works. Arthur has also made himself available for any questions I have in the future and walked me through how to bleed the bathroom radiator last week. Brilliant service 👍🏻
