Ordered an England polo shirt twice (had to return the first as it was too big). Both had obviously been worn, were grubby and dirty. Had to pay £3.50 for each return. Disgusting from an authorised FA retailer.

Good tracking system, fast delivery. But still waiting for other items that have been pre-ordered.

Quick delivery no complaints great service

Arrived on time, kept me updated. Very happy with the quality of the child’s England kit. Reasonable price, was disappointed that smaller sizes were not available . Had to get smaller size elsewhere at double price. Thank you my child loved it, happily received.

Shirt arrived with printed name on the back having plastic tags still underneath some letters. Error when being printed which obviously wasn't caught. Plastic tags run underneath letters and stick each side of the letter. Impossible to pull off as will take off the letter with it.

Very easy to order and delivery was prompt

I received faulty goods
Emailed twice. Went on live chat, got cut off. Tried to ring, office closed.
The World cup will be over before I get a replacement. Very upset 2 year olds.

Ordered an England shirt that was left on my doorstep & has since disappeared. Contacted support over a week ago chat & email, no reply, zero communication or solution offered

Poor despatch time. Website says they ‘try’ to despatch the same day. Took them 5 days. No warning at ordering stage. 2 - 4 days delivery took 7 days.
Customer service wasn’t available on the phone, got answer machine and chat on website closed until afternoon. T-shirt not great quality, thin and cheap material.

Paid extra for delivery so it was in time for Father’s Day but it’s didn’t happen wasn’t delivered on the day it was meant to be and had to let down my dad on Father’s Day . Contacted but told to contact the next day when I ordered for delivery on a specific day I expect to receive it. No refund / compensation given and poor customer service in my opinion

Good service- quick delivery

Customer service was very disappointing. I bought a shirt with “Pickford” on the back that was already pre-customised—I did not choose to customise it myself. Unfortunately, the size was wrong, so I wanted to return or exchange it. However, I was told this wasn’t possible because it was considered a customised item, even though I had purchased it exactly as it was sold. I don’t think this is fair, and I’m very unhappy with how the situation was handled.
