Good product, but delivery and returns could be better
I ordered the England Nike Home Stadium Shirt 2026 in size L for £89.99. Given the price of the shirt, I feel standard delivery should ideally be free, or at least cheaper. The shipping cost was £6.95 on my order, bringing the total to £96.94, which felt high for a Royal Mail delivery option.
I also found the returns process disappointing. The shirt was too large, but returns were not free, with most return options costing £3.50 and some costing more. There also did not appear to be a straightforward exchange option, which would have been more convenient than returning and placing a new order.
The product itself was fine, but the overall experience could be improved with free or lower-cost delivery, free returns, and a simple exchange process for sizing issues.

Damaged England football kit.
Tried to get in contact and no one answers the chat so spoke to Somone on the phone to gave me email address for complaints. Im still waiting for any correspondence , its been a week now.

I was unable to buy the NEW England kit for my one year old nephew but quality of the kit I was able to buy in this size was great and delivery was quick and well informed. ITS COMING HOME
