A professional and dedicated English teacher whose background aligned with my learning goals, her insightful lessons sparked my curiosity to use English as a powerful communication tool, and I can already see the positive impact on my career.

I wanted to improve my English. My teacher was a very calm person. She understood me very well, which meant we discussed many different topics every time. Because of that, it was engaging every time. She really motivated me to work on it outside of class. I enjoyed every lesson.

Taylor is a wonderful coach with a holistic approach to her teaching methodology that makes each class unique and engaging.
She is also very practical in her choice of exercises, ensuring that lessons are well complemented by real-world, day-to-day application. This in no way detracts from her professionalism — she is highly knowledgeable and demonstrates a commendable ability to contextualise concepts effectively.
Overall, it has been an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking to develop their business English skills.

I took a course at The English Center in my capacity as a business owner who spends a lot of time in international meetings. Often online, with participants joining from very different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. It has made a real difference in how I show up professionally.

The course helped me feel at ease in the full range of roles I take on: leading a meeting, facilitating a conversation between others, or simply being one of several voices in the discussion. That last part mattered more than I had expected. Being able to follow, respond to, and engage naturally with participants whose accents and ways of speaking are all different from one another has made me noticeably more present and effective in those settings.
