The products are beautiful and working well. The long delay from placement of order to delivery is frustrating.

Unfortunately, despite being very clear about the Exact Ceramic inserts I needed to replace my broken ones, I still managed to receive the wrong inserts.

I don't even know where to begin.

Rather than give a detailed explanation, I'm just going to leave it at this point. Don't be too surprised if you don't get stellar customer service when you pay through the nose for these products.

The English Tapware products are beautiful and very well made. Yes, you might have to wait a few weeks for the tapware and it is pricier than others but justifiable. I have renovated a few bathrooms over many years and now wouldn’t consider anything else. The team is most helpful.

Everything at the English Tapware co is not only amazingly beautiful but excellent quality and incredibly functional. Emily was very helpful and friendly when ordering the pot filler tap and knobs and pulls for our new kitchen, I would definitely recommend them

Wonderful products and excellent service!

I couldn't recommend Marc and the the team at The English Tapware Company enough - beautiful products and exceptional service. Particularly during Covid, when I couldn't get to the Melbourne Showroom, Marc sent me so many photos in different lights/next to different finishes to aid my selections.

We have experienced problems with the mechanisms in imported brass door handles .
The ETC are always professional and prompt at remediating any problem .
Their attention to detail and follow up are excellent . ETC post sale behavior is such that you always feel confident with them as a preferred supplier r

If you want the best fittings you can buy talk to these people if you want cheap at a discount rate don't bother

Beautiful tap ware . Great quality ! I ordered online due to COVID. Though it took a while to receive my order, all my emails were promptly addressed. Pretty happy would definitely shop here again
