A slightly overdue review. We were really fortunate to have won their Christmas draw for a new door. We finally got it fitted at the beginning of February and we’re so happy we won, we bought our first house last year and are renovating so it was amazing to win something that doesn’t have the cheapest price tag!! Enhanced were amazing with communication and kept us updated with dates and times and even stuck around when we accidentally slept in on new door day!! The fitters, manager and their admin team were all lovely, we really appreciated everyone we spoke to and could not sing their praises more. Paul and Paul our fitters were fab. We love our new front door, it’s kept the warmth in our hallway and is just a lot more appealing than our old white and plastic door. Thank you again everyone involved. Even if we weren’t to have won, from friends and family recommendations we would’ve chose enhanced for a new door and will be looking to choose them when we finally come around to our kitchen extension/conservatory!!

Enhance just completed our kitchen glass extension. From concept to completion the professionalism, communication, quality and support was exceptional. I was kept up to date with everything and the trade staff on site were excellent, they had a great attitude and impecable values. Enhance seems to have cracked what we as customers want. Great stuff and well done Enhance.

Fantastic service and work carried out on our orangery. It was like a military operation, arrived on the date arranged and finished on time. All the lads that came to carry out the work, done a great job, very friendly and tidy. I’d recommend anyone to use this company and I have since the work was finished around a year ago. I don’t normally recommend company’s because they can let you down but not these guys, fully recommend. Great job!

From start to finish Enhance we’re very professional , the design team excellent.All the lads that dug the foundation’s and then the two lads that were brick layers then the guys who fitted the windows and roof the the electrician was excellent too.The plastering was first class great guy.had two small issues but they were rectified within a few days.I would highly recommend ENHANCE .

My Orangery was recently completed within 4 weeks.
From start to finish the tradespeople worked very hard; they were all exceptionally polite, helpful, tidy and unobtrusive.
I am very happy to recommend Enhance to anyone considering a Conservatory or Orangery.

Work lads were amazing cleaned up after them every time very quick and professional, conservatory is amazing outstanding work and office staff were 10/10 on keeping us up to date on the stages of the build would definitely recommend enhance conservatories too anyone ,the price was definitely worth every penny .

Just had all new double glazed windows fitted. From start to finish, this company were excellent. Their staff were always helpful and kept us well informed at every stage. The two day instalation went as smoth as clockwork, fitters work was immaculate and they tidied everythnig up after they had finished. Their quote was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them

We decided to have Enhance to build our Orangery,Quite simply it was the right decision.Right from start to finish, the service and workmanship was absolutely brilliant. Every single person we met from Enhance were very accommodating,polite and worked hard. Right from Ollie who designed it down to Nicola who coordinated it all,and everything in between.i work in the trade fitting kitchens and employ various trades to help me complete my job, I must say,the Building work,plastering,Electrical work were absolutely perfect,especially the plastering, I've never seen plastering as good as what Enhance have done for me. And to have nice plaster work made it for me, it's the best finish I have ever seen,perfect. For me though customer service also plays a big part, and Nicola not only project manages it all, but was always there to help and support,she is kind, very understanding and knows her stuff,and will help in anyway to ensure the customer is happy. We had a problem with our floor, which was not Enhance fault, before our concrete had time to dry. We had a massive storm and the rain was that bad, it made the concrete floor uneven and rough for my flooring, Nicola arranged to have the floor inspected and they arranged to have a screed laid for us, my floor was perfect for my flooring to go down. My house is a newbuild by keepmoat and the difference between these two companies are a million miles apart. Keepmoat are desperate to take your money and have zero customer care, their customer service is absolutely appalling, while Enhance are driven by doing a good job with excellent customer care.its more important to them that they do a good job, and the customer is happy, we are so happy with our Orangery and all the team who made this for us and can't thank them enough. We would definitely recommend Enhance without question. I will personally recommend them to my friends and family where ever possible. Thanks again Enhance, especially you Nicola

For so long we put off having our Brazilian Mahogany windows replaced despite the fact that they were draughty & poured with condensation in the winter. I knew though that removing them would not be an easy job & I anticipated a lot of damage to decor. I contacted two or three companies before Enhance but dismissed them because of their hard sell approach & over eagerness to get the contract which I found to be quite off putting
I expected more of the same from Enhance but when Shaun arrived to give me a quote he was so friendly & talked me through all my options with absolutely no pressure to buy. I knew that this was a company I could trust as they were so professional from the very start.
I definately made the right choice as the whole team have been great. Thanks to Keith the surveyor who not only ensured that our new windows & doors fitted our old house perfectly but also gave us great advice ( which we took) on the best coffee beans to buy.
Thanks to India in the office who has dealt with all our queries so efficiently & lastly but certainly not least a big thank you to Steve the fitter whose work was exceptional.
All my worry over the damage that I expected would happen bashing out 40yr old hard wood windows was for nothing because in less than 3 days all my new windows & door were in with absolutely minimal damage to decor inside or out. I absolutely love the look of them, not having condensation anymore is fantastic & also my energy company has now just informed me that they are reducing my direct debits quite considerably. I only wish that I had contacted Enhance yrs ago!

Had a complete conservatory roof replacement by this company and we are very impressed and completely satisfied by the works done. All trades involved have carried out a first class job and within timeframe allotted. Very polite, friendly and efficient trades from the initial site inspection surveyor to the fitters, plasterers ,electrician and office staff who regularly kept us updated and informed of ongoing and planned works. Well done to all , thankyou.

Had a new door and matching surround installed ahead of schedule. Was contacted by the company to see if this was convenient. Lads turned up on time even helped move my hubby's car. Very professional put me at ease in showing me how to operate the keys etc. Love the new door and had lots of compliments so far. Would happily recommend them to others.

Excellent service! Efficient, friendly, and with affordable plans.

We had a Supalite tiled roof fitted to our existing conservatory, all staff & trades were friendly, turned up on time ,polite, nothing was a trouble , every night they tidied up before they left , Sandra in showroom was very friendly, Nicola gave good customer service & kept us informed of work schedule. Charlie design consultant gave us clear information about roof materials & benefits , surveyor & electrician were efficient,The fitters Dave & Jack worked non stop, no mess & roof looks fantastic . The plasterer did exceptional work on the ceiling.Will definitely recommend the company . The job started & finished when promised .All work finished to high standard , gods price . The whole experience from start to finish was great.

The initial Sales visit was very informative and very knowledgeable. Precise and to the point, and more importantly no sales gimmicks.

We where kept up to date thought the process, via email and phone calls.

The fitting went in accordance to what we had been told, and the Fitters were respectful polite and timely.

In all a great service and we would not hesitate to recommend Enhance!

Second time using this company, excellent experience again dealing with this company from placing the order the communication with myself from their office staff,the fitting team were outstanding their housekeeping was impeccable, I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic Company from start to finish, communication and workmanship were first class.

We had 5 beautiful windows installed from Enhance Conservatories the inside trim was beautifully finished off and the outside was also great they even replaced the soffet which had been damaged by the previous fitters they did the work in a day and all old frames removed and left no mess at all

We like our finished Orangery.
We do not appreciate the time it took to complete the project.
Work began on Monday September 23rd and was completed on Thursday December 19th.
Had the concrete floor which was laid been flat and level with that of adjoining house, the work would have been completed by the end of October.
It seems to us that the mistake we made was to make the final payment, before we were satisfied with the work.
Most certainly, it seemed that the company's concern for our predicament diminished from that moment.
Enhance made two further unsuccessful attempts to fix the floor over the following seven weeks and the issue was finally resolved by our flooring contractor. At our further expense.
Would we recommend them to others?
As my fellow Scots would say,"Aye,Right"!

Wow!!! Incredible service from start to finish, the lady at Azure Cramlington was very helpful and gave us a voucher to use which saved us money , we had 7 large windows, 3 smaller windows , patio doors and a composite front door with a beautiful design in the glass, the sales rep Tom was fantastic, explained all about the company , took his time , was so knowledgeable, he use to be a fitter so knew exactly what he was talking about, he showed us a sample of one of the windows to show how well they are made, took all the measurements and was so polite and friendly not pushy at all. Then after we agreed to have all the work done a surveyor came to check all was ok to go a head and the last 2 and a half days we had pleasure of a man called Steve who came and fitted all, no mess , no drama just first class service , will definitely recommend to everyone.
