Steve Bond came showed us the windows which were fabulous quality gave us a great price which we were very happy with looking forward to having a warm house.No pushy sale tactics was a pleasure doing business with him.

Excellent customer focused service from the initial visit from Karl the salesman, to the final issue of the certificate of completion.
Genuinely impressed and delighted by the professionalism, quality and service from Pennine. They are allegedly not the cheapest company but their quote was very competitive against other companies I contacted (those who bothered to contact me back).
The work was completed to a very high standard and I would highly recommend them. A shout out to Allison Scott who coordinated the work. She is friendly, professional and very responsive to any questions or queries.

I would highly reccomend Pennine. We were kept well informed of procedure regarding fitting etc,by a lovely easy to speak to lady called Kim. On the actual fitting day Scott and Danny kept us informed what they were doing and fitted doors perfectly and left our house clean and tidy . Doors were very good value.

We had a good and thorough meeting for a quotation with one agent, after a ‘cold call’ knock at the front door by a different one . We genuinely considered Pennine’s offer but were unable to take it up. I arranged to contact the agent who gave us the quote by close of business the following day, as we needed a lengthy look at our finances in order to give an answer. We had just done this when at 2pm I was asked by him, by text for an answer- having given it , we were then phoned AGAIN by the original agent who had knocked unasked on our front door. This follow- up felt slightly oppressive and actually marred the good impression made during the consultation. Assiduous agents working on commission may not be best for the customer, and makes one wonder about the company . A shame .

Had an appointment with Steve this morning regarding replacement windows and I couldn’t fault the service he provided. He spent time explaining the windows they supply and what we would get for our money and I ended up with a very good price to replace my old 40 year old windows. Needless to say I went ahead with the purchase.

Steve called to give me a quote for new windows and doors explained everything was very helpful...went through everything with me... Thank you for your help Steve!!

We were desperate to get our windows replaced, as they were old and a lot of the sealed units had blown. The house has a LOT of glass, four bay windows, etc so we knew that it would be a big job.
When we set about getting someone to do them, we settled for PENNINE windows. They weren't the cheapest, but we knew from research and previous customers that they would be the right firm for the job.
When they came to fit the windows, the scaffolding people had assembled all of the scaffolding and the fitters, Brian and Alex set about doing the job. They estimated three days, which was exactly how long it took them to install the new windows. The old windows were taken away in their van and they left the site clean, windows were cleaned and there was minimum mess or disruption from our point of view. The windows look great. They are sturdy and well fitted, and minor repairs to the existing walls were repaired by them before leaving. The windows are first class, very solid and obviously well made.
They left the job spotless, even sweeping the drive and were a couple of great blokes. Very affable and professional, I'd recommend them. The only other contact was with Paul, the salesman, who didn't use any hard sales tactics, he was factual and realistic when we asked questions.
The other contact we had was with Amy, who was the coordinator who called at least once a day to make sure we were happy. She was very nice and friendly, and I get the impression that if we weren't happy with anything she'd be on a mission to sort it out. As stated, there were no issues whatsoever and a few neighbours have commented on the windows, saying they look great.
I'd recommend Pennine without hesitation based on my experience with them. 5 Stars.

The two lads Chris and Peter were fantastic. They went over and beyond helpful by putting my curtains and blinds back too.
They worked efficiently and carefully cleaning as they went.

I don’t usually write reviews but not having a nice experience with this company right now. No idea how this company has got my data but I am being spam called by them on a regular basis. I have not asked them to contact me and this is not a way to conduct business by cold calling.

Seamless installation from start to finish. Very efficient & cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with my new door. Would definitely recommend!

I had steve at my house in blyth today he was very professional, he was passionate about the company and give me a fantastic quote and he did not do a hard sell no pressure to buy 10/10

Pennine have just today finished an install of all windows and doors on my home. The two guys who completed the installation where brilliant blokes and made sure i was happy with everything prior to them leaving. They also gave me a full low down of the locking mechanism on all doors.

If you are on the lookout or thinking of getting new windows/doors i couldn't recommend Pennine any more.

Excellent job, from helpful, efficient lady on the phone, to the man who measured up, to the 2 men who arrived on time and never stopped until the job was finished. They also made sure my wife and I could lock and unlock the door and window.

Pennine Home Improvements recently replaced my old polycarbonate conservatory roof with their Warm Roof system, and the final result is absolutely excellent. Not only is the build quality superb, but the new roof also looks stunning both inside and out.

From the initial survey right through to completion, the entire team, including the builders, plasterers, and electricians, were great. They were incredibly helpful, highly professional, and ensured I was kept updated at every stage. Whilst there were a few minor alterations and changes along the way, these were handled sensitively and with the utmost professionalism. I was particularly impressed by the thorough final quality inspection; the inspector highlighted a few minor issues that I wouldn't have even noticed myself, and all of them were quickly rectified before the final QA sign-off.

The absolute star of the entire build, however, was Alison. She was nothing short of magnificent. Alison kept me continuously informed, proactively chased dates, communicated brilliantly across different departments, and actioned activities instantly. She went above and beyond to make sure the end product completely exceeded my expectations, and I cannot thank her enough for her hard work.

I would highly recommend Pennine Home Improvements to anyone looking for a replacement conservatory roof.

Pennine have been absolutely superb, from the first initial meeting with our sales rep Paul who was so friendly, not pushy and explained everything in detail. Then we had a survey done by Rob who again was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. We had great communication with Jordan regarding the fitting and and great aftercare from her, she was very thoughtful and made me feel completely at ease. The 3 guys Billy, Chris and Peter who installed the windows, what a team! They were prompt, reliable, friendly and did a fantastic job! Thank you guys! The whole experience has been smooth and I am one happy customer. I would highly recommend Pennine!

Have dealt with this company before but have now changed names, for the better I might add. Pleasant and friendly, easy and reliable customer service. Quick service and the front door looks great. Was able to contact customer service whenever I needed too and any questions were dealt with, manager was very pleased that he fixed a problem himself lol !
