Buyer beware! If you have a vehicle transported and discover that the vehicle has significant problems they will gas light you and try to make you believe that you are somehow wrong or at fault. They care more about $1000.00 than their customers or their reputation.
This is their quote from their response to my BBB complaint "the vehicle was found to be in the same condition as when it was picked up... Enterprise [had] the vehicle inspected by a third-party mechanic [who] identified a wheel balance issue"

So much for their "rigorous multi-point inspection by ASE-certified technicians." The vehicle arrived with problems and they claim I should pay the transport fee.

Go to CarMax - they are honest about their vehicles conditions!

They were no help to me as well I don’t deserve even on star, they lead people on and never tell the truth when you bring car for trade in. I would not recommend them to anyone

A few days ago I had an appointment at Enterprise Ellicot City where we were supposed to test drive a Mazda CX-50 that was confirmed to be in the parking lot. That same morning, the sales manager, named Rashid, called me to confirm the appointment and where we agreed on the time and other details. When we arrived at the agreed time, they informed us that the car had been moved to Timonium that morning and that no one had found it necessary to inform us. We returned with unfinished business only to be called the next morning to tell us that the car was back with them. Since they had scammed us once, of course we did not go and that is why I would like to inform other potential customers of this type of behavior. These people are irresponsible, unprofessional, unable to keep their promises and as such are not suitable for business. People, they scammed us, they will scam you too, be careful

This is the best experience I ever had buying a new car. Devante Graham was great to work with, and he even helped me get a rental to drive to where my car was. There were no hidden fees or any shady numbers. It was straight forward. One price with taxes and that was it. I had called a few car lots before I talked with Devanta and was about ready to cry when they added over five thousand to their final price for the same car. This is the best place to buy a car hands-down. Thanks so much for being honest car dealers in a time where times are tough.

Brought a car with trade in of $6000.
1. First time we Brought a Nissan Juke was very good. Excellent service from Sam.
2. Paid off Juke and went to trade.
3. Repayments ended up being higher although car was way less even with trade in of Juke.
4. Didn't feel the same after getting the new car from them after they got the warrent.
-Could feel every bump on the road, like it's shocks are going to break.
-Car feels different so parked it up and tried to call to exchange
-Got told can't, no good in communication and helping.
-Just wanted a straight swap on new car at same price but nothing.
-If you're looking to buy, don't sign anything until you're 100% happy with it.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional and disrespectful experience my husband had at Enterprise Car Sales. Prior to arriving at the dealership, a female representative communicated to him over the phone that he could bring in $2,900 to move forward with the vehicle purchase. However, when he arrived with the exact amount discussed, the terms were suddenly changed without clear explanation. This was extremely frustrating and misleading. To make matters worse, the representative left my husband waiting while she assisted another customer and never returned to properly finish their conversation. That lack of courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. She also failed to disclose important details over the phone, such as what the monthly payments would be, yet instructed him to go ahead and put insurance on the vehicle. She even provided the VIN number for a vehicle he had not purchased and encouraged him to add insurance coverage before any paperwork was finalized. When he arrived expecting to complete the process, the staff was dismissive, nonchalant, and disrespectful. In the end, my husband did not even leave with a vehicle, only frustration and disappointment. The entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish, and the level of communication and professionalism we experienced was completely unacceptable. HER NAME IS JAMIE LENCH BY THE WAY

Went to buy a car in Olathe KS. Made the deal over the phone. The price was right but the car was crap. Cracked windshield and the transmission had issues. So we made a deal on another one. It was below zero outside and cloudy. I couldn't really see any damage in the light we had. Got the car home and the paint had scratches and rock chips in the hood and more scratches on the trunk lid. A total piece of junk. Took it back up there today. Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Two words BUYER BEWARE!!!

My experience was great. I will send a picture of the car a 2024 Ford escape for a great price. This was Enterprise Car Sales located in Renton Washington. They drove my car to Moses Lake, which is about an hour from where I live. The car was in perfect condition. It runs great. It gets good gas mileage and it looks really sharp. It was a very pleasant experience with the people and the products. I would recommend at least looking into Enterprise Car Sales I see some people don’t have a good experience, but I did.

Drew went above and beyond to insure me to get into the right vehicle at the right price. I can't thank him enough for everything. He had done to get me into that vehicle. At the right price It is. a hassle free environment, i was in out In a quarter of the time of the dealership i will never do business anywhere else. Except here in the future and I will always refer people to this establishment

In 50 Yes 50 Years of buying cars Enterprise (Fort Worth Texas) has been my only bad experience. They lied misled and ignored at every level of the transaction. You think you have terms agreed to before you sign the papers they bait and switch interest rate, loan term length, warranty length and condition of the vehicle at delivery. It has taken 4 mouths and repeated lies and omissions on a 30+ thousand dollar vehicle over a $100 rebate they offered me for time and travel. Do yourself a favor and go to echopark where you will get same and better price, service and communication.

This Company Delivers on their Promise
I recently bought a pre-owned and verified 2022 Toyota Tacoma SR 5 from Enterprise. From the begining of my transaction with Enterprise in Milwaukie, Oregon everything my salesman, Coury Harrison said came true along with a quality truck.
Initially I had the truck delivered from their location in California and it arrived on time. The truck exceeded my expections from the low price to the mechanical, drive train, to the beautiful interior.

I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in Kentwood, MI (Grand Rapids area), and unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. Initially, everything seemed fine, but within a week of ownership, the car began emitting heavy white smoke upon startup—an early sign of serious engine trouble.

Since then, the vehicle has been in the repair shop for over a month. It has required multiple major repairs, including replacement of the crankcase breather, all 16 valve guide seals, and now a complete cylinder head replacement. To make matters worse, the cylinder head is currently on backorder with no estimated time of arrival, leaving me without a functioning vehicle and no clear resolution in sight.

This experience has been a cautionary tale about purchasing former rental vehicles—particularly through Enterprise. It is unacceptable for a car to require such extensive repairs within just three months of ownership.

I have been Totally Disrespected from the time I paid Cash for my vehicle. I have called multiple times looking for the Title to the vehicle. Multiple times the Tallahassee dealership has "Hung up on my calls" never providing me any help with obtaining the vehicle Title. It's clear that if you finance a vehicle with Enterprise, they roll over to assist you. But Heaven Forbid you pay CASH for a vehicle, no one wants to talk with you about an issue after leaving the lot. Waiting 4 to 6 months just to receive a Title is ridiculous especially when it was paid for in CASH !!!

Terrible service. I looked at a car online, and got an email telling me to go to the Allentown location. See email clipped below. But when I went there, they told me the car was in Wayne, NJ. The rep Elisa was incompetent, claiming she called me but never did (called ID does not lie). The manager was rude and disrespectful, telling me it was my fault to go to the wrong location. But, he was the one at fault for the location given to me was Allentown. Horrible people, horrible service.

The Issue
I purchased a car in desperate need to help transport my mother to and from medical appointments, only to find out that the company is a predatory lender who preys on vulnerable individuals with compromised credit. This company's deceitful practices have left me, and countless others, in a state of financial despair, stripping away not only our hard-earned money but our dignity and security in the process.

Predatory lending is a deeply unethical practice that targets individuals when they are at their most vulnerable. These lenders exploit people with poor credit ratings, often offering loans with exorbitant interest rates and unfavorable terms, trapping individuals in cycles of debt that they struggle to escape. This practice disproportionately affects low-income families, minorities, and the elderly, who may not have the financial literacy or resources to defend themselves against such operations.

All went well and I was happy, until I found that the car had mismatched tires. Goodyear in the front, Continental in the rear. I sent an email with information. It was unanswered. I called the salesman, no return call. I finally got him on the phone and he said he would speak to the manager. Nothing.

I decided to write to cooperate. They didn't read the email and thought it was a rental. I responded. They wrote back and said to contact Hertz in Richmond, VA. I responded telling them I had tried three times and to please read the email. Now, everything is silent.

I will not buy from Hertz again. My last car was from Enterprise (I wish they had what I wanted), they were responsive. Hertz is not!

I was dismissed and ghosted for exercising caution on a no-obligation transfer and expressing interest in a different (higher priced) vehicle I was willing to pay for, which also involved transfer fees. I was told I had "cost the company money." (Auth Road, Camp Springs/Suitland, MD)

For a brand that promotes “people first," my experience revealed quite the opposite. Actions speak louder than mission statements, and these people showed me exactly where I stood as a customer, senior, and disabled veteran.
