Please beware I sent back an order with photographic evidence and they are ignoring me .they have £30 of my money

Avoid at all costs , ordered a coat next day delivery and after 10 days the item had not been dispatched . Sent email after email with no response .
Luckily contacted my bank and my money was refunded
To date still no response from them , do not order from this site !!!! You are likely to not receive the item
And if you do I can only imagine how long a refund would take
Absolutely shocking places like this can still keep operating !!!

Ordered and chose 48hour recorded delivery with Royal Mail. I ordered on a Saturday so thought it would arrive by the Wednesday allowing for the weekend. Wednesday came and I hadn’t even received a dispatch email which I was told I would on my e-receipt email. I emailed them with no correspondence in return.
As I had paid via PayPal I googled the sellers name which came up as permanently closed and overdue accounts with companies house.

I opened a dispute with PayPal and after waiting the necessary time, PayPal closed the case in my favour and issued a refund. Funnily enough the day PayPal sent me a refund, I received a dispatch email from entire desire.

My order arrived. I had ordered a £50 coat which was on a half price offer so should have been £100.. the quality was shocking and it resembles a bin bag.

DO NOT ORDER!

One star is to good scams alert no answer via email then must of caught him off guard when I phoned just a Chinese in a bedroom with a mobile had to contact my bank to get money back AVOID IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU

I never got any of my money back from my refund items still haven’t shown up they are so unhelpful and staff are rude and don’t help i cannot believe how shocking their customer service is as someone who has worked in that industry I am appalled do not order form here half of their website is out of stock and many items don’t show up and they never refund you!!!!!

Ordered a dress from their website for my daughter. Paid extra for Royal Mail 24 hr. I ordered on a Saturday night so didn't expect it to arrive until Tuesday? However I thought it was odd that on Tuesday, there had still been no email to say it had been dispatched. No tracking number provided to track with Royal Mail either. After googling the company, I came across an entry on Gov.Uk that stated the company was dissolved in 2020. I still don't understand why the website is still active and its possible to 'buy' things off their site. Gutted my daughter didn't get her dress, but luckily I had the money refunded by my bank after filing a fraud claim form.

Awful. My 12 year old daughter ordered some clothing that arrived and looked completely different to the website and also received in wrong size. Website said to return with invoice however there was no invoice received.Sent email to notify company and received no response. Returned parcel with note including order number etc and reason for return and included my details and email address. Did not receive any correspondence from company and did not receive a refund so my daughter lost her money! Do not order from this company!

I had placed an order #7157 for the sum of £48.99 on the 13th April 2023 and have not received the item yet.
I am emailing, calling and texting this company and no resolution found. All I would like is the goods.

they emailed me back after 4 months from when i emailed them at this point i am getting fed up and i’m going to report it i don’t have a refund in the next few days

Ordered products on 13/1 supposedly 48hr Royal mail delivery, yet one month later still waiting for stuff to arrive, emailed about order but no reply from company, terrible experience and terrible customer service, use at your own risk

SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!!

I've ordered a bodysuit from them paid 42€ and didn't receive anything. They are scammers stay away from this fraudulent company.

DO NOT order from this company. They are scammers, liars and thieves. I order a jacket, paid for 24h tracked delivery and the product wasn’t even shipped. I contacted them about it and they said the product got “lost in transit” and they will ship a new product “the next day”. It didn’t happen so I contacted them again and they told me the same lie! I managed to recover my money through my bank after filing a fraud report. I have no clue how this “company” is still functioning and hasn’t been taken down. Way better to order from reliable, real companies - it will save you the stress and the money.

Edit - I have never provided them with my PayPal details nor have I agreed for refund with PayPal. I have no clue what they are talking about.

I WAS TOLD I NEED TO PAY FOR POSTAGE FOR RETURNING THE ITEM BUT IT WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE. HOWEVER NO WHERE IN THE POLICY DOES IT SAY THAT? SO WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO MAKE ME RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ITEM THAT DID NOT FIT AS ADVERTISED?

If I could rate these it would be a minus. Paid £55 for a coat for my daughter on 28/12. Not heard anything, emailed them multiple times with no reply. Tried to call them on the number provided, it rings and rings then the line goes dead. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DONT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS, SCAMMING PEOPLE AND TAKING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

Ordered a HOODED FAUX FUR JACKET got a faux fur jacket without a hood and without a return slip. Worst company ever, they’re not serious and very careless

Similarly to the last reviewer if I could rate Entire Desire "0", I would. A dishonest and snarky retailer you should avoid at all costs.

I bought a jacket my girlfriend had spotted on the website for Christmas. It wasn't the right fit, so we sent it back, with all the tags attached in the same packaging, recorded delivery.

After 4 weeks and 4 chasing emails, still yet to receive the refund and none of my emails have received a response. Obviously there isn't a number on the website to contact them.

Avoid at all costs. I will be escalating this via other means
