Trading aspect was ok but withdrawal is the problem . I requested a Withdrawal and of course there was fee that’s completely understandable. You have to confirm it from a message in your email. when I recieved the email to confirm the withdrawal I get a message that says error. “ they already know about the problem” . I’ve been in contact with chat for well over a hour and they just keep saying refresh the page and resend the withdrawal verification to your email. I’ve done it multiple times to get no withdraw and for the costumer service agent to tell me the reason you can’t withdraw is because there is $0 dollars in the account…… the reason their is no money in the account is because I Requested to withdraw it …. Then for them to tell me the reason why is because I requested a deposit … everything we been talking about is in regards to a withdraw 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I have been using EnviFX for around 4 years now and I have not seen slippage or manipulation of my trades. I have seen clear manipulation on some other brokers so I do know this happens.

I see in other reviews that a pamm was blown and Envi is blamed but that is not how a pamm works. The broker, in this case, Envi, has nothing to do with the trading on a pamm. The broker provides the platform and a trader builds a following in the pamm. I do know that Envi terminates traders that are running questionable pamms to protect investors and to protect their reputation. It is irresponsible to blame a broker for a bad pamm. It is like blaming a car manufacturer if someone gets into an accident in one of the cars.

Recently, Envi was faced with some hurdles and I was frustrated because I was not able to access my trades but the situation was out of Envi's control. Envi communicated on a regular basis in regards to the steps they were taking to get back online. Now, I am back to trading and Envi is ironing out wrinkles as they are reported.

I would encourage anyone to try Envi, use a demo account, trade with a small balance and see if it is fit for you. Remember, there is always personal responsibility and accountability in trading.

I've always had a great experience with EnviFX. The Deposit/Withdrawal process has always been smooth and customer service has always helped me.

This is by far the worst brokerage company i have worked with since 2017 . The price is only up to date with the market when your in the negative . It takes weeks to get money you withdraw and customer service just tell lies , i wouldn't recommend NO ONE to work with this company .

STAY AWAY! I have requested a withdrawal from the PAMM account. Which had over $5000 in it. There isn't a way to pull funds from the account. There is no response from the team, and now the account balance is $700. Screw these guys, they are terrible! Stay away. Do not use them, the system is sketchy at best. Worse customer service. They are now trying to blame me account balance is now $37 on Jan 8th. Still no resolution.

I have been trying to withdraw my money since Nov 26. It's only $100 but imagine if I fully funded this account.

**Update Jan 2** I'm Still getting the the run around for $100. They are still "checking with several departments when they should be able to put my money in my wallet. I will update in a week.

EnviFX used to be good.

Now they no longer offer services on MT4 and MT5 mobile. Only PC.

They have this new app as an alternative for meta trader. Complete garbage. They also closed many accounts during a server migration and many people lost money. They've been playing stupid for 2 months now. Very disappointed in the latest decisions. Will be looking for new broker.

A rebuttal to the first text I sent out. I was able to connect with someone through email concerning my account. We were to resolve the issue and the support staff stayed involved and responded back immediately. They were very professional and even apologetic for the miscommunication. Moving forward my confidence was restored with company and will continue doing business.

As a broker for personal trading, 10/10. Been using them since january of 2023. Never had an issue with withdrawing, always receive my money within 1 day. spreads are good, they send out emails if there will be any issues/disruptions to their servers

Envifx is top notch! I've received 3 direct calls from Bristol, England with very helpful support, got me exactly where I wanted, withdraw within 3 hrs. Excellent service

Ive been personally using Envi now for over a year and have never had an issue in the main areas. Deposits, Spreads/Commisions and withdrawals. Customer service is stellar and they care about each client. No broker is perfect but I have been beyond satisfied with Envis performance.
