A+++ service
A+++ service, Chris arrived on time and was thorough in his assessment of my property. He explained what he was looking for and told me the materials that he thought might have a chance of containing asbestos. I received the results in just a little over 24hrs and luckily it turned out there wasn’t any asbestos!
And beyond that, Chris went out of his was to reassure me that if there was asbestos in the property the risk was very low. That went a long way to help me relax because I was NOT having a good time. The thought of there having been asbestos in a place I’d been working and not always wearing my dust mask (and going back to my gf with dust on my clothes) was pushing me to my tolerable limit of stress. So thanks for your calm reassurance Chris, it helped massively.
So yeah use Environmental Inspection for your asbestos assessment you won’t be disappointed.

Efficient and professional Service
Efficient service from initial contact to receiving the report following the property inspection. Everything was explained in emails beforehand and booking the inspection was hassle-free. The Surveyor who came to undertake the inspection was professional and got on with it all without any disruption. The report was sent in a timely manner and was easy to understand. Would use again for re-inspections or for other properties.

Great experience
Great experience. Chris organised access with the estate agent, as I was not in the area at the time. An asbestos management survey was carried out and then a very comprehensive report provided. All done very quickly. Was very pleased to find out ACMs were not found in the property.
