I found it helpful in terms of communicating directly with my horses physiotherapist, and appointment scheduling. The one thing id like is to be able to make payment for treatments directly via the app

This is a wonderful app with amazing people behind it. Whenever I have a question, the technical support is almost immediate, through and supportive. Get it. You wont be disappointed!

As an unorganised person, I found this App incredibly helpful. It notified me when the appointment was due in good time. After the appointment, i can catch up on what was said and done to refresh it in my mind. Easy re-booking system. and excellent reminders as i always forget!!
I also love how i can personalise it with photo's of my horse!

I wouldn't be without Equigate in my business now! I have been with them the best part of 4 years and each update they do just makes it better and better. The reports make everything look so professional and save time too! If you are considering using Equigate for your business, do it. You won't regret it, the support from Gen and Steve has been second to none too! 😊

Makes it so easy to track and prepare for appointments. The chat feature is super handy and I love that all the documents are in one place.

We booked a saddle fitting with Jess Parsons & discovered our saddle was completely wrong for our horse; Donagh. Jess tried various options until we got the right saddle. Donagh now moves more comfortably & is jumping much better. Money well spent.

Kept informed and reminded of date close to appointment

Handy to have with a busy work schedule and multiple horses , I have trouble remembering at the best of times this gives me something to look at quickly and know how many days I have to get organised .

My horse’s McTimony practitioner uses the app and said it was all very new to her but was going to be so much better for her going forward. I trust her with my horse and I trust her with the information and advice she gives me. I received the email, downloaded the app, signed up and there it was! Easy as that.

i had never used equigate before until my saddle fitter asked me to join up so that we could chat and discuss our appointments and any other information she or i needed of each other i couldnt belive how simple it really is and how organised it is having all types of sections for answers i didn’t know about definitely something i will keep using 100%
