If you could add option to pay invoice direct via Apple Pay or PayPal this would streamline the service

Equigate is not a fussy system. It is very easy to use and holds the information I need in just one place.

My practitioner has only just started using this system so there have been a few hiccups with appointment dates. I am hopeful that things will settle down. The app is easy to set up and navigate from a customer point of view.

Easy yo use. Great way yo keep track of appointments and reports

I'm using this app to communicate with my riding instructor. We book lessons via it, have feedback notes, videos and photos etc. I also pay her invoices via it.

I find it really useful to have everything in one secure place and can go back and read my lesson notes at anytime.

Signing up in the first instance I wasn’t too impressed as neither my home address or stable yard address were available on the drop down lists and nor could I imput them manually.
That aside, the app allows for good communication between myself and my EP, the appointment reminders are very much welcomed and on the whole, an easy and convenient addition to a busy life.

Love it! Can have all my pony information in one place and enables me to communicate with her EP woth regards to appointments and reports so much easier. Highly recommend

It’s very easy to use. I like how you can have profiles of horses to keep track of each one and the messaging is quick. It looks nice too. Being able to pay through the app would be a bonus, I have paid my invoice but it doesn’t mark it automatically as paid as you need to BACS it. The practitioner has to mark it as paid on the app. All round though, it’s a great app.

Really helpful app. Can keep track of all my horses appointments & invoices. Recommended by my physio & glad to have all the appointment details/treatment details to be able to pass onto vets if needing investigation

I've just started using this for my farrier. It is a wonderful but simple app that makes life so much easier for both me and the farrier in booking and sorting out my appointments.

Equigate is fantastic for keeping up to date with my horses appointments and makes it easy to book! It’s also a great tool to be able to keep a record of reports and to few them easily

I really enjoy how easy Equigate is and wished all my contacts that works with horses would use it!
