Brilliant service!!!

Matt, the branch manager, was amazing to deal throughout the process of putting my property on the market. His experience and knowledge is second to none.

My property was sold within 3 days by Alfie, with the help of Jamie too. Two brilliant young agents who genuinely care about helping people make their dream move!

Darren was the icing on the cake, making sure that the difficult sale went through and answering any questions/ queries instantly. I couldn’t recommend this company more.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have just recently bought my first home, and dealing with this company was a breath of fresh air!

I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them.

The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice.

We all know moving is one of the most stressful times and that I can confirm but everyone at Equity from start to finish was brilliant and eased that stress at every hurdle. At one point when we thought it just wasn’t going to happen due to complications with the chain the boys really pulled it out the bag. Outstanding Experience with Equity.
This move was my fifth in 30 years so I’ve met my share of estate agents! Without doubt, Darren Nelson from the Hertford Rd branch of Equity was the most skilled, compassionate and efficient agent I’ve ever encountered. From day one he made us a promise that he’d guide us through and iron out any problems and he kept that promise! Endlessly available no matter what the issue and incredibly patient with our anxieties. We honestly can’t thank him enough. To say that he went over and above the call of duty is an understatement.
