Darren who was helping me with the sale was the best part of this process. Always responsive and attentive. When asked to expedite the process he did everything he could and we were able to sell the flat even though we had issues with management companies. I would recommend Equity agency, especially Darren to process the sale. I was not able to sell the flat with Haart but since I moved to Equity and Darren took care of my case we were able to sell the property.

Darren and Equity communicated well. Can’t remember the name of the original agent that showed us round but he was great. Managed to get the keys promptly on the day.

Matthew from Equity estate agents came and valued my property in May. I had to wait for 9 days before they can act as my new sole agent. I had my home on the market since September 2023 with another estate agent never sold my home. As data protection I will not add the the estate agent company's name, When the contract finished end of May 2024 icontacted Equity estate agents. gave them the go ahead as the sole agent. 1st week of June 2024 Matthew called me and told that he had a potential buyer. The client came and viewed my property. The very next day. I had a call from Darren takes over and looks after the sale. When he called me and told me about the clients offer I accepted it. Although there were complications on the way while the buyer did over budget. It took a while for them to come up with the funds. Darren at Equity told me to have faith with him ( Although it was no fault of his own or Equity estate agents) It was the buyers it took a while to exchange and complete.
Darren was amazing and kept me always informed. Hand on heart Equity will sell you your property they are very friendly and professional. Keep up the good work Darren & Matthew making my new dream home come true.

Darren and the Equity team were great. They were pro-active and the team were very thorough with their communication.
The team were perhaps a bit too conservative when it came to what the value should be but I can understand why they valued it did. We're pleased it sold for what we wanted it to sell for.
Overall a great service in a stressful process and i would recommend them to other sellers.

I actually was recommended Equity through Get Agent. They were my wildcard valuation because most homes in our area are covered by two other agents. The minute I met Matt and his team I knew they were our best bet. They understood us, our home and the market and they were willing to go above and beyond to make our sale as easy as possible. I have really appreciated their honesty and professionalism and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good agent.
