Overall very pleased with the service I received from Esale. Great ad and photos on Rightmove. Good early interest and viewings. Under offer within 4wks. Thanks to Jess and David and the rest of the team.

It was a shame working with eSales, the kind of support we received as customer.

It was 5 months and around 90 emails just to get my hard earned money back with the agreed amount.

Just imagine, eSales won't do, how much pain a Customer is going through just to get his money back.

Anyway, we are part of Union and we will try all the legal attempts to get our money back.

Please don't give any money to eSales.

Submitted an enquiry form on their website to get a valuation and hopefully sell through them. Tried calling them after a few days when I hadn’t received a response but no answer on their phones either. Left a voicemail asking for someone to contact me, nothing.
Pretty worrying signs for what their communication would be like when selling through them.
A shame, as I had dealt with them a few years ago and been impressed

I used esale to sell my house, very easy to instruct them, pricing was great and Craig was fantastic whenever i needdd to call. Would use them again for future sales.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and the team at esale kept me informed at every step and were always at the end of the phone if needed. Cant fault them at all. Going to use them again shorty to sell my mums house.

Easy to engage initially. Friendly and helpful communication throughout the process. Excellent value, saved us thousands. Sold our house very quickly. Can't speak highly enough about Esale, used them recently and they had my property sold in 3 days for the full asking price. All the communication was spot on, their pricing was way less than what my local agents are charging. Based on my own experiences with them I'd recommend them without any hesitation.

Price wise, they knocked spots of traditional estate agents. So although a little dubious at first, we found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable and punctual

We had a fantastic experience with Esale. They were prompt in getting our advert up, with really good professional quality photos easily arranged. The text was almost perfect straight away, despite them not being local to the area. They handled all the negotiation offering good advice on our potential buyers. They were also really helpful when one of our buyers went flakey and didn't just give the easy advice fdor them, which would have been to stick with the buyer, but were supportive when we re-listed and we got a quick re-sale. They were also excellend at managing the upward chain and keeping us in teh loop with what was happening with solicitors as well. They were also unfailingly polite and helpful even as we got stressed in the endgame. Really nothing to fault - I hope this guys do well, they desreve to!

Arranging photographs and viewings was straightforward and they then communicated promptly and clearly with us, keeping things on track and were really sensitive to the stresses of the process. We couldn't have been more satisfied.

I would heartily recommend Esale. They were totally professional (despite the ups and downs of our sale!) Although they are an online estate agent they provided a personal service and were always available to answer the phone. They kept us updated about all aspects of the sale and helped to keep the chain together.

We were more than happy with the service provided by David, Craig and Jessica. They were always responsive, friendly and kept us fully updated at all times. We would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
