Faultless stress free experience with esale once again. They are ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS on the end of the phone, ALWAYS on top of everything, even our buyers say how great they are each time, being helpful to them also even when their own agents and solicitors are unable to help. Being an online company I was hesitant the first time we used them, however, having used them numerous times since I can honestly say that we wouldn't use anyone else. They make the whole experience so much less stressful than these things can often be, there is always someone on hand to talk to, I have never had to leave an answerphone message, there app makes it easy to follow the sales/purchase progress too. Thanks so so much again to you all of the team at esale!

Great price, great service, great people, great outcome!
Our property was marketed in August 2022, and achieved strong initial interest with a number of viewings but with no offers. After 1 month, the asking price was slightly reduced. Even with the backdrop of rising mortgage rates and a difficult economic climate, by the end of October 2022 eSale was successful in negotiating a sale which was within 10% of the asking price to a first time buyer, with which we were delighted. The sale subsequently fully completed successfully on 30/1/2023.
We wish to thank David for his extensive and helpful pre-marketing valuation and advice which has commenced in n May 2022 when we were initially planning a sale and evaluating options and work to be done.
Following formal instruction in August, David and his colleagues Craig and Jessica were hands on and fully proactive in the marketing task and in liaising fully with potential buyers and ourselves. Very friendly, helpful and professional at all times.
We wil definitely use eSale again in the future, and have no hesitation in unequivocally recommending them if you are looking to sell your property.

We initially had our house on the market with a local agent, we then decided to opt for esale. From the outset, Craig has been helpful, supportive and honest whilst selling our house at a difficult time nationally - he supported us through some difficult decisions and situations regarding our sale and guided us to complete this week. I was dubious about selling online but the cost difference of around £4000 helped me go for it and I would recommend it for anyone! I loved how I could pick the extras I wanted, such as photos, floor plans, EPC etc but then have full say in the description and which photos were used - even able to add my own. the whole process was a piece of cake. I thought even if Esale failed to generate any interest then I could go down the high street estate agents route having only spent a small amount of money but I feel everyone looks online first these days to see what's for sale in certain areas therefore not needing an actual estate agents shop. Thank you Craig.

Jess and the team were great from start to finish. I can highly recommend using Esale. Everything was done with ease and communication was quick and efficient.

I found them to be a really great estate agency (and I have used quite a few over the years) - they valued my custom extremely well which is important when you’re selling your home. They were so helpful, professional and had really good communication. They delivered a brilliant service in a a very hard property climate at the moment. Thank you Esale!

Initially attracted to Esale like most I suspect becasue of their competitive fee proposition which included everything we know was needed to get our property noticed in the market place. Good number and quality of photographs, floor plan, well written detailed particulars and internet listing on Rightmove and Zoopla. Excellent viewing system with online confirmation and feedback feature. We were happy to do our own viewings which for us worked well as nobody knows your property better than you. Online sales progression system but to be honest, I always think this is your Solicitors job anyway, thats what you pay THEM for. Esale staff were always friendly and helpful and just a phone call away when we needed to check anything. This was a second property that we owned. We will be selling our primary residence early next year and will be using Esale for this sale too.

Warning do not pay upfront.....THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU YOUR UPFRONT FEES AND WILL IGNORE ALL YOUR REQUESTS.

I was not happy with service as I thought they put house on market for too much, and when I stopped having any views due to markets reacting to high interest they said to give it some time THIS WAS BAD ADVICE.
The people that did view where time wasters. I found it very stressful. I made a complaint and both Jess and David become very defensive and both fired emails at me. I don't think this is professional in the slightest.
I was told by Jess I could have a refund and they are not in a habit of keeping people's money all I had to do was ask. That was one month ago and they have ignored all email requests and I still have not got a refund. It's very frustrating being ignored and this shows what an awful company this is. If they cared about there company and customers this would of been sorted immediately. Due to them ignoring me i have no choice but go to omidsmun to take this further. To ignore emails shows this company is NOT pofessional and when you end up in this situation you now now how they will deal with it, I would definitely,definately advise not to to do business with them. A good company would want to resolve the matter not IGNORE the customer.

My review is reflective and truthful of my experience with your company.

I am happy to post our correspondence online to evidence that I have not been abusive or threatening. I have followed the guidelines as advised by my solicitors. You clearly stated in my last correspondence I can have a refund anytime all I have to do is ask.

I asked for a refund very politely three times via email which you IGNORED all correspondence until I posted this review.
This has left me with no choice but to seek legal advice.
Furthermore we have not had any conversation on the phone regarding this it has been all via email. Which I have kept for evidence.
Had you stuck to your word regarding the refund this review would of only been reflected that your service did not work for me. You gave me poor advice and didn't fully appraise me of the various options available in selling my house.
Instead I have had to write this review as you lack.

DISHONESTY AND LACK OF INTEGRITY

We were impressed from our very first contact with Esale. Communications and responsivity were fantastic, and very refreshing compared to so many other estate agents. Esale were attentive, and proactive. They were on hand for any questions and made the sales process very straight forward. The fact they were online made things easier and more efficient, and we didn't miss having an 'in-person' estate agent experience at all.
We were very impressed and would highly recommend.

I have some apprehension about using an online estate agent, especially using a fixed fee model not based on success. However, eSale - especially Craig and Jess - were excellent from start to finish. They were responsive and professional. Their fees are great value and saved us over £10k compared to a traditional estate agent. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've sold with Esale, and i couldn't be happier with their service and skills!
They offer a fabulous price at a much better quality than many high street estate agents I've experienced!

Very efficient and helpful service provided by all the staff at Esale. Kept in contact with me throughout the whole process of selling my property. This is the 2nd property I've sold through esale and would definitely use them again.

Esale were brilliant from the initial enquiry stage of selling my flat, to completing. The photos, written description and communication were excellent. I found everyone so easy to deal with and honest throughout the process. This is my second sale using Esale and will definitely use them again.

I'm afraid that this is going to be another boring review about how wonderful my experience with eSale was...

When I had sold my previous house, I used one of the other online only estate agents, that are always advertising on TV. Unfortunately, the experience was not good and I was hesitant to go down the online estate agent route again to sell my current house. Thankfully, I was able to ring up eSale and talk to a real person (Dave) who actually knew what the business was about and explained that they weren't just a faceless corporation that would treat my sale as another anonymous transaction. In fact, I was so impressed that I decided to eschew the "payment on sale" option and save money by paying up front.

Before contacting eSale, I had put my house on the market with a local estate agent, but after four months of lots of viewings and little interest, I decided that I would have to look at ways to cut my costs and reduce the asking price, which is why I decided to look up eSale. Overall, even though I ended up having two buyers pull out after I'd accepted their offers, the team at eSale kept plugging away and I eventually found a serious buyer. Given that they had already taken my money, I was seriously impressed by their attitude and responsiveness right up to completion - I imagine other estate agents would lose interest and just consign me to the "too difficult" pile after the first sale fell through.

I won't repeat what has already been said here many times over, but I will say that I wouldn't hesitate to use eSale again and would definitely recommend them to others. They certainly made me reappraise my view of online estate agents!

Everyone I dealt with at eSale was friendly, patient and professional.

We had a very long and drawn out sale process and they were fantastic throughout. I’d previously dealt with another, more expensive, agent who lost interest as soon as the sale got complicated and told us to take our house off the market and try again some other time. Esale took a very different approach they understood our situation, gave sensible and practical advice and sold the property without any hassle.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again (once I’m over the stress of this move)!
