A friend recommended eSale to us and we’re really glad we listed our flat with them. They made everything really easy - from arranging the photographer, writing the listing, providing feedback on viewings (I’ve always had to chase previous estate agents), negotiating with buyers and giving solicitors a nudge.
We had a good number of viewings and everyone who came to see our flat was actually interested in seeing it. I’ve know other estate agents to persuade buyers to view a property and it’s obvious they’re not interested and wastes everyone’s time.
Our sale became a little bit complicated but the eSale team were fantastic, so helpful and gave really good, sound advice. We felt like they worked really hard on our behalf.
I hope we won’t be moving and that’s it now but I would recommend eSale to anyone looking for an estate agent.

I always thought that the sale of this flat would be a bumpy ride. After being on sale with another estate for 3 years the property hadn't sold. To much money.. to small we had a lot of negative feedback from viewings around a dozen in total. I new of esale from a previous property sale in the past and thought they did a good professional service and they sold my house for me..I rang esale and spoke to Dave.. a lot of weight was lifted off my shoulders immediately. He explained a few things and basically took the helm. Then corvid happened. everything was put on hold. Later in the year when restrictions were lifted slightly i was getting calls from esale saying people wanted to view the property. Sounding good i thought..esale work hard to sell your property, they probably do the most work. More than the solicitors. The flat was sold..Highly recomended a very good service.. Ian

Very good at getting it on the market quickly and arranging pics etc. When it was on the market viewings were arranged easily and the process of accepting an offer was good. However as soon as it had sold didn’t really hear much from them and when I did call they thought our purchaser was buying the house we had put an offer in on! I did call for advice re moving the chain along but wasn’t given any support with this so didn’t call again. On the day of completion I didn’t get a call to arrange for keys to be left for new purchasers. Luckily I had their number so sorted this myself. In summary good at getting it on the market but not much support once house had sold.

I was wary of using online and initially planned to use a local agent who didn't have a high street shop - so cheaper than the usual, but with a good reputation. However, he came, left and never contacted us again despite calls/emails to his office - reputation in tatters.
Therefore, after a reassuring chat with eSale I decided go for it.
I was very impressed by their method of business and contract terms - so simple. The contract is very short and understandable. No traps or tricks to catch you out.
Still a bit wary of upfront fees and the state of the market at the time (our location didn't help next to a main road), I went for the dearer option of pay when sold plus a for sale sign. Cost more in the end but gave me piece of mind. In the scale of things a few hundred quid was insignificant.
The sign did bring in buyers including our eventual buyer (actually our first viewing who initially found somewhere else which fell through).
Esale did what they promised and we showed buyers round. We also produced some additional notes of the area, etc. to give to viewers.
Arrangements, etc. were easily co-ordinated. There was no pressure to sell, even though we were on the market for some time with little or silly price interest. They were also quite accurate re valuation - we sold a few thousand below their originally suggested price. They were also prepared to listen and work with us. Despite their thoughts re price they were happy to try a higher price and review later.
A neighbour was also up for sale. He was on the market almost a year earlier and using local agents. He had more viewings but we sold quicker and for a higher price and our fees were much lower. Strangely, one across the road changed to eSale after we sold.
More than satisfied with the experience and outcome.

Dave and the team at Esale are absolutely fantastic and I would recommend Esale to anyone (in fact, I've already recommended to two colleagues). Everything you need from an estate agent and nothing that you don't (like exorbitant fees charged by some).
The best thing has been how responsive and available Dave and the team are. There's genuinely a real person there whenever you need them and they really seemed to like helping us.
The website is easy to use and after we'd filled in the details a photographer was there the next day. The photos were really good and showed our property off in it's best light. We approved the blurb and our property was live the same day. And then we got viewings through immediately.
Esale were really good at organising the viewings and communicated well with us throughout. They talked to us in plain English and were clear about what was happening and when.
When it came to negotiating with the buyers Esale put the effort in and did well for us.
Despite numerous issues with solicitors along the way, the Esale team remained calm, professional, friendly and immensely patient.
Lots of the bits of moving house are stressful - dealing with Esale wasn't one of them. It's great to have had such good service.

I went with eSale after being disappointed with the reality versus marketing of another online estate agent who claim they sell properties for free. eSale seem to be well reviewed and I've found this is for good reason.

While they don't do an in person valuation of your house, they do offer professional photography included in their most basic package. They then write a description of your property based on these pictures.

Having used another online estate agency for a previous house sale, I was fully expecting to end up using my own pictures and writing my own description.

How wrong I was. The pictures were very good and the description was amazing. So good in fact that I had to tone it down a bit so that people turning up wouldn't be disappointed when they came for a viewing.

eSale is a small company and you'll usually get through to one of a handful of people, which is a refreshing change when compared to some companies. They don't have fancy computer systems or online portals, but I didn't really miss it. You're on Rightmove, you can see you're on there, so what else do you need? They can email you the performance stats if you require them.

I'd say overall the service is probably the best estate agent experience you are likely to get anywhere, especially given the price. Would use again.

We have recently bought our first home where Esale were the estate agents. Richard was absolutely fantastic. He helped us so much with the whole process, he kept us updated throughout and was very responsive. He really did go above and beyond!

We highly recommend using eSale, you can read many reviews however this is a genuine. Excellent service very knowledgeable regarding market conditions, valuations, always on the ball and very helpful. David the owner of eSale is incredible and his team, unbelievable value for money and wished I could invest in this company as we would never use a high street local agent ever again.

We would also recommend asking for advice with conveyancing solicitors, surveys and mortgage advice. You will get no nonsense advice. Our chain involved a first-time buyer, and our purchasers, eSale handled the whole process for all after we recommended eSale.

We have used many estate agents over the last 40 years and find them mostly annoying, misleading and in many cases young people with very little experience and charge high fees.

I cannot recommend Esale highly enough. They are a fantastic bunch of professional people - like joining a family. We recently bought a house that was advertised using esale. They were very professional, and arranging viewings was easy. We liked that we met the vendors as they could give us lots of information about the house when we looked around. The team were always easy to contact, with everyone we spoke to being friendly and personable and willing to answer questions and help with queries we had. We love our new home and if we were to sell again we would definitely use esale.

Esale were very efficient in marketing our property the photograph's, floor plan and description were completed and marketed very quickly leading to a very quick sale. Their service was equal to any high street Estate Agent but of course at a much lower fee.
We have no hesitation in recommending Esale.

It all started off well, that was before I had paid. Once I had paid, there was a complete breakdown of communication. I had to request price changes multiple times as they weren't actioned. Then when they were actioned I wasn't told it had happened. I sent multiple emails asking for changes to be made to the photographs which went unanswered. In the end I asked for a refund within my first 30 days. Even that wasn't a smooth process and took multiple follows up and a week to complete.

All in all not a pleasant experience.

It has been a long and tortuous journey selling our house due to Covid19 but the team at eSale have been great and very supportive. Dave, Craig and Richard have all kept us up to date with what is happening. When the first buyer pulled out they acted immediately to find another buyer for us and we sold again within days. We haven't used an on line estate agent before but would recommend them. We found it a straightforward process with excellent support and advice.

A great service from Esale in particular Richard who was always a pleasure to talk to and extremely helpful.
