Having read their reviews beforehand the Esale team came up to all expectations ... All were pleasant to deal with and well informed of where we were in the sale of our property. We chose to do all the viewings ourselves and this worked well - we were given full details of each viewer beforehand and they quickly followed up after each one.

Friendly, professional and personal service. We highly recommend Rich, Dave, Craig and the team at Esale. What turned out to be a tricky process during the pandemic was handled extremely well. We got the outcome we needed and they moved the sale along to meet our deadline. Always available to discuss questions and options, we would definitely use them again.

We would give 5++ if we could. We experienced a very challenging move due to the chain below us and the staff at Esales fought strongly and consistently on our behalf, securing our sale and purchase efficiently, excellent communication, reliable, with clients best interests at heart. Incredible value for money, cannot fault their service and advice. They kept their heads when we were losing ours! We highly recommend this company and say thank you for all your support and help.

Really Helpful and easy to deal with from the photographer coming to take the pictures which were very impressive to the completion date , Dave and his colleagues were great at arranging viewings to my instructions always giving feedback and dealing with offers without constant pressure for me to drop my price so eventually the right buyer with the right offer came along , even my buyer was impressed with how helpful Esale were when running into the usual things and delays that happen when solicitors get involved ,

Without any doubt Esale are incredibly helpful and efficient and fantastic value for money compared to many other estate agents , especially in times like these now where everything is being done online and by phone anyway ...would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their home for sure

The team at esale where very professional and for the price of £599 you can,t go wrong . On the first day of viewing we had six couples and four offers on the house ,all above asking price. I would never use a local estate agent as they never employ staff with a basic knowledge . The best person to sell a house is it,s owner and using Esale as your agent to filter out time wasters .

Can not fault Esale from start to finish, Craig, Dave & Rich were always very happy to assist with any questions and responded quickly to any requests.
We had ample viewings arranged which literally started an hour after the advert went live!!!

We have a unique property,we invited High Street to value it,due to the size and uniqueness of our property.
We felt rushed as they Only allocated an hour and under value what we wanted the selling cost was thousands as they were not open on Sundays and there was no reduction on the cost if we did our viewings due to covid we were happy to do this.
A friend said try online and recommend Esale we were apprehensive at first they offered us two prices options it was worth a try WHAT A RESULT our property uniqueness was complemented by the professional photographer who took plenty of time and patience to record all aspects.we received weekly up dates on the stats and sale progression we could change photos if needed to All the Esale team made us feel part of there team I would not hesitate to recommend online agents to family and friends we are delighted to say we secured a sale

I saved £6905, sold to a cash buyer at full asking price and the sale was completed in three weeks, “a record” my solicitor said.

I researched both online and High street agents, following visits from the High Street I was being asked to sign up for 20 weeks, so I decided to try an online agent where I had no commitment , I felt nothing to lose, I was selling a house valued at £625,000 so the for the cost of £595 ( I decided to pay the one off fee) the High street agent’s varied but the cheapest quote was 1% , this would have been £6250 plus Vat at 20% an extra £1250 so a total cost of £7500 , plus the High Street agent wanted to charge for a photographer and priced the house £50,000 under the price I achieved.
Wow was I delighted, when I also found old the cost of the photographer was included with the online agent !! the photographer was superb, and he even let slip he also worked for the local High St Agents. I thought there must be a negative for the online, I expected that may be in the communication, but NO how wrong I was! someone answered the phone 7 days a week, unlike the High Street, my two viewings were arranged instantly and incidentally they both wanted to buy, the transition from sale to completion was stress free, someone always answered my questions, communication was excellent, they kept me well informed and I was a name not a number .
Esale are a superb company, I could not recommend online agents enough, I saved time and money!!

This is the second house I’ve sold, the first one being with a high street estate agent.

I’d not heard of esale before, but I was surprised at how hands on they were from organising viewings to seeing my sale go through to the end. I was sceptical about using an online estate agent, but Dave, Rich, Craig and Jess were brilliant. Would definitely use them again

We ordered the pay on completion option thinking this may make a difference to the service we would receive. The team were excellent setting up the advertising and replying promptly to queries. We had a few viewings and received an offer from a cash buyer which we accepted. That was the end of any communication from Esale apart from a call to check we weren’t in a forward chain. Five and a half months later our buyer decided they didn’t want to proceed with the purchase (via text message). It turned out our purchaser wasn’t a cash buyer but was waiting for a property sale to complete adding to the extra COVID delays. I emailed Esale to tell them that the sale had fallen through and that we no longer required their services since we decided to go with a local estate agent. I requested the names of the people who viewed our property in case of future viewings by somebody they had introduced.......today three days after my mail still no call or mail from this company. Almost 6 months have passed since we have heard anything from Esale. Not what I would call a good service!
Updated to add that a couple of hours after this review I received the list of names I requested however I stand by my claim that there was no communication after the offer. No call or mail asking how things are going etc. I was even getting curious to see if they would realise that the sale had actually completed if it happened.

We had never heard of Esale before but decided to give them a go and so pleased we did. They were always quick to answer any queries and we feel we had excellent value for money. We would have no hesitation in highly recommended them.

If you want a proactive and efficient online estate agent, then use eSale UK. I've been with them, on and off, since June 2019, but through no fault of our own (or eSale's), buyers and sellers have messed us around. Feb 2021 and we're still trying to sell and buy. Esale have been consistently amazingly proactive, tenacious, efficient all this time, providing a high street agents service, for extremely fair prices. In fact, some high street agents have been useless in all ways, costing thousands more, compared to eSale. Do not fear disappointment just because eSale are an online estate agent - you get the same service!

We have recently completed the purchase of a house in Poole, Dorset with eSale UK, from the first telephone call enquiring about the property and speaking to Jess we found the company friendly and professional. Rich managed our purchase and again he provided a friendly and professional service, always staying true to his word and communicated well with us from start to finish. Thank you from us and we will certainly recommend you to others.

Can't praise Dave and his team enough. Professional, efficient with great communication. We sold our main residence within a couple of weeks. We're also using them to sell our holiday cottage. Their charges are also excellent - fixed costs and much much cheaper than a high street agent. Full marks to them. Highly recommended!
