I ordered something to be delivered direct to the recipient as a gift. All delivered on time.

Easy, fuss free and I was kept in the loop on the status of the delivery. Very pleased to see product arrived intact as I bought an eyeshadow palette which they can be quite fragile.
Even though it’s an overseas platform, prices can be chosen to be converted to AUD, taxes& duties all included without hidden or additional surcharges at the end.

I've used Escentual before and will do so again when any item I require appears on their website. The website is easy to use. The packaging is good and timescale for delivery is quick and efficient. I was kept up to date about my delivery date via email.

As Escentual had the best price for Dermalogica product I checked reviews on Trust Pilot which showed mainly 5*.

From ordering to fast delivery was excellent. I was informed at every stage and they use Royal Mail delivery. A big plus for me. I will certainly use them again.

I placed two online orders with Escentual on the 4th and 5th of May. Both were delivered on different days. The order placed on the 5th of May was left in the apartment hallway, an unsafe area accessible to everyone in the building, instead of being delivered to me personally or left outside my door where there is a Ring doorbell.

When I collected the parcel, the box was damaged and the perfume was missing from inside. I contacted Escentual immediately to request a refund or replacement, but they refused to help. Their reason was that Royal Mail did not mark the parcel as damaged, despite the fact that the package was clearly tampered with and not delivered securely.

Very disappointing customer service and no accountability for missing items. I would not recommend buying from Escentual

Excellent service from point of ordering to delivery of goods

Great price offer plus prompt delivery which are my primary prerequisites. My product is ordinarily expensive so the offer was very welcome but the inclusion of a makeup bag and quality free samples added a real “feel good” factor.
