Escentual is an excellent company. Easy to navigate website and very quick order processing. Just a shame Royal Mail rather let the side down as was unable to make the delivery on the designated day. Well packaged product and always lovely to receive a surprise sample gift!

Escentual is one of my favourite online stores. Very often my orders are delivered within 24-48 hours usually free of charge.
I’d often seen Escentual appear in search results with prices too good to be true, however I emailed the brand and they confirmed that Escentual was an authorised retailer, so I feel confident that I’m getting authentic products. They usually have the latest releases too.
There’s a great loyalty scheme with discount codes you can use on full price items, so you are always guaranteed a discount no matter what you buy. I find the blogs and emails really useful too. I recommend Escentual to everyone I know, and have never had a bad experience with them.

My order arrived very quickly and it was cheaper than I could find on other websites. I have used Escentualpreviously and I was very happy with the service.
