Easy to use. Great.

A very easy and straight forward system to use. With the added bonus of being super cost effective. It has not only improved our daily reminders but also our interaction with our patients.

Great customer service, felt well looked after. Wasn't even expecting a call but recieved a call from a real person after setting up a trial. That same person has followed through with the whole process, so its not a different person each time. Timely and thorough responses to questions and setting things up.

The reason not 5 stars is just that sometimes it felt a little pushy, like they were doing it to get the sale. No easy way out from customer perspective if I'd wanted to say no.

The product is very good . More than any thing as a developer the documentation is 100% . I can just refer to it when I need .

Occasionally when calling to ask something I get a different response from the different person at the call centre which is very unhelpful and frustrating at the time. They have improved their delivery of SMS's over the years which has been good

Its easy to use, straight forward. I work afternoon shift most days and if someone rang sick I can just send message to the staff instead of calling them which is time consuming, especially if you are too busy with other things. It definately is a life saver. Thank you.

I am happy with their service. Their support team is very helpful and usually resolve issues on the same day. The only suggestion would be to have their servers hosted in Australia region for better API response time. I like the new portal interface.

Esendex is so convenient to use! I use it daily and I have had no issues with it what so ever! Would highly recommend all businesses to jump on board and check it out!

Once I managed to log on it was easy to use.
I wish I received a notification when the message was responded to.
