Great onboarding experience

Ollie Burr was a great help. We had a small issue in creating the account but Ollie supported and the issue was fixed

We've been a customer for years and always had excellent service. The text service just works, and response to queries is always quick.

Our current account manager Ollie Burr has done an excellent job keeping us in credits to ensure we could keep marketing while invoices were being processed.

Esendex is a great platform for sending SMS updates quickly and reliably. It’s easy to use, efficient, and has made communicating important information to our customers simple and effective.

Fraud website, advertising 2.4p per sms on their pricing page, but after signed up, the pricing starts from 7.5p per sms up to 12p, if you buy 20k sms credit. SCAM WEBSITE and waste of time!!!

Reply to your comment: 1st train your customer support, I have called your number and the lady on the phone does not have any idea about pricing! she asked me to buy package in my account which lowest price start from 7.5p not 2.4p! And she were keep repeating herself doesn't understand what she is doing or talking about!

The tech team with the help of Claire achieved what I thought was impossible - restoring the data I had (stupidly) deleted.

We have been working for 15 years with Esendex France with great satisfaction. I am writing this comment now because they just contacted us to inform us about a non legitimate traffic with Algeria, due to a hacked account, saving us a bunch of money. Good job ! Thanks !

Called 9 times over 9 hours and still haven't had a call back.

I'm been using Esendex for about 6 months now.
The API is relatively simple to use but what makes Esendex stand out from other SMS providers is their account managers and suport team.

At the moment my account manager is Alan Burgess and I cannot fault him in anyway. He is extremely helpful, always happy to pick up the phone and has a good understanding of the twists/turns associated with new business ventures. This is what makes him such a good account manager as he can understands that new business ventures, even more so in tech, never run to schedule.

I also used Esendex for a few months back in 2019 and at the time my account manager was Alex Domminguez. Once again, I was treated so well that when I needed to integrate text messages into the system I'm developing, Esendex was the only company I would consider.

Although I've only mentioned Alan and Alex, I have spoke with a few others in the past and the experience doesn't change. You are all a credit to Esendex.

Finally, a word for those reading this, if you are considering integrating text messages into your system, please give Esendex a go and be 100% honest when explaining progress and expected launch dates. I've been honest and it has paid off.

We use Esendex to send text messages to our clients. Its a fast platform which can be easily used by new starters. We use the texts to information gather, send marketing information and send updates. Would highly recommend. Alan is always quick to respond and communicate with and understands our business requirements to get the best out of Esendex.

Only a pleasure to work with Esendex especially if you're lucky enough to get Jack and Felicity on the team you're dealing with - they were excellent, accomodating and really went out of their way to understand what we wanted to achieve and then make it happen.

After recently starting my own marketing business I was approached Essendex regarding their Rich Card SMS services and potential for a partnership for referrals or white-labelling.

I was hesitant to invest time into email marketing, due to the downturn in efficiency and proven stats of messaging being the future in this arena.

When approaching sending mass SMS mail shots I needed a business who would invest time in me to make sure I understood the software and potential of the products.

I have been looked after by Jack Forster and Simon Akufo, the latter being my account manager. We have encountered a couple of teething problems as I needed quite a bit of help making sure no mistakes were made. We got the issues fixed and I couldn’t have done it without them. We now have a fully functioning SMS strategy and potential for surveys and even mobile journeys if the business keeps growing.

I highly recommend this business for those who need more than just software, for those who may need guidance and support along the way.

We got moved to Esendex when they took over our existing supplier Collstream. They handle IVR calls for card payments. Everything was OK until we changed the CardPayments provider. 'No problem', they said. Suddenly, the 'VendorTxCode' that has a custom structure and allows us to link payments to an account on our system started coming through as GUIDs. That was finally resolved. Recently we made another minor change (for which, as always, we were heavily charged) and exactly the same thing happened.

Recommendation: use their standard services only. Anything requiring custom processing will give you problems.

We're an existing customer and having been with our provider for more than a decade we were persuaded to move to Esendex after they acquired our existing supplier.

We stomached the hike in rates because it'd mean changing software to migrate to another provider. I can understand they have different pricing.

Now after purchasing 30,000 text messages shortly before the Coronavirus turbulence we have been told that we cannot reduce our order having only used less than 5,000 before the country was shut down.

We even offered to pay above the going rate for what we'd used by way of a compromise. They could have secured our money and our loyalty but have instead made certain they won't be used again.

Stay clear if you.
