Is there was a chance to rate -5 starts I would chose this option! I booked a flight from Uzbekistan to Ercan by mistake on the esky.eu website. Immediately asked for refund. They replied saying that my booking no. 3238250285 was canceled, and a refund was processed on 27 Feb 2023. Nothing happened. I’ve sent the second letter and was informed that my refund was processed on 09th Mar 2023. I mentioned this and no answer. This company is a SCAM!!! No conscience!!! NEVER UsE their website!!!!

You never mentioned two different refunds in the email. Why not one single refund? You came up with this answer only after my complaint. There is no problem with my card and my bank. All of the other transactions happened with NO obstacles. I use it every day!! Why didn't you send the Bank Statement showing the refund? Any proof? I'll continue to send complaints on all possible platforms until you really DO REFUND my money. It is 864$ by the way for the ticket which you never bought, you didn't have to do anything, I asked for a refund 15 min after the money was written off my card and 48$ for your so-called "services"! I strongly advise you to give me my money back, otherwise, everyone will find out the truth about your company! I guarantee it! And I've checked other reviews. I'm not the only victim here. People just leave it and you proceed with your unconscionable acts! But I won't stop. I work hard to earn money and won't allow tricking me without any consequences. When you send me my money back I'll gladly mention it in my review. If not, you will get lots and lots of my complaints.

We want to refund the ticket because we never received our tickets. We paid extra for insurance to issue a refund, but the system does not allow. Please take steps to make a return.

I was given multiple options not only of flights, but also flight times of same carrier/same day.
I would have preferred an option of various currencies. I was only showed one currency (which is not my local currency or dollars).
I was also offered reasonable priced hotel options.

The process was easy. Simple to follow the basic instructions, very straight forward. Good review and follow-up.

Very easy it's my first time to booked this site,hope my Journey will be smooth as what the process of booking gets on.

I made a booking (ref 5566546299) on 31.01.2023 and made payment via my credit card. As at 10.2.2023 no tickets issued and credit card shows no payment taken nor any pending payments. Portal message is ‘Booking awaiting payment.’
