Be careful if you use Esky to book with Ryanair as compensation for a cancelled flight will not be easy.I still await a refund via Esky from Ryanair more than 3 months after the flight was cancelled. The issue they say is because I am in a queue. Presumably they are waiting for me to die so they can take me off the list. Order number 6201943415

Good morning, please be advised that the refund is the responsibility of the airline that was supposed to provide the transportation service and that has received funds from us for your ticket. The airlines consider each case individually. After receiving the funds from the airline, we will immediately send the funds for the flight ticket that has been canceled. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we are constantly monitoring the status of the notification and we will inform you about the refund. Best regards, eSky.
