Not even worth 1 star - I am so angry, read the reviews and I am the same, stuffed me around for 3 months - absolute rubbish of an outfit which looked nothing like the photos - and I am just as angry at the models they would have know this company not legit. No refund, stuck with a garment that cost $79.99 not worth $9.99 and my Mother and I could get into it together. Disgusting ... I hope they get caught SCAM

Scam company, clothes are not what you order. I just got a full refund from PayPal because they sent a dress that was of an animal print but not the actual print design I ordered. Then try to con me in to keeping it for 30% refund. NO Not what I ordered. So then company said I can get a full refund if I pay postage for return. What the their mistake sending wrong product. Then to top it off said oh we don’t refund after 14 days of delivery which they had been stuffing around replying to me had passed the cut off. So went to PayPal and they reviewed and refunded full amount. Don’t order through this company. They use a few names ETERNA AU, eternavenus, ITALIA GIOIELLI. So be aware clothes are cheap knockoffs that look nothing like you order.

I would have just ordered from them.
I had to chase them up to get an update Prior to delivery and should’ve followed my gut and cancelled.
Item is absolute trash. Nothing like the item advertised. At all.
If I ever need to run a sack race, this might just fit the bill.
Zero Stars. I do not recommend.

Everything was wrong. The dress which was advertised online for $64.99 reduced from $120.00 looked amazing. The fabric was flowy and lots of it, the colours looked beautiful and the lengths was as advertised a maxi. What I received which was after having to chase up the order was totally opposite.
Even dresses that I have purchased from Temu and Shein for $20.00 were better quality and style than this one.
And of course they wouldn't provide a return address so I could
get a full refund. Ended up getting to keep the dress and 30% refund
This quality of dress that I thought I was getting I would usually buy from a local boutique but as the add kept coming up and it looked amazing and wasn't cheap I thought it was OK
Also they advertised so you think it is coming from Australia and it definitely isn't don't make the same mistake that I did. Should have checked reviews

I ordered a maxi dress 2 months ago it was completely wrong sizing everything was wrong with it. I keep sending e mails but they just send back a e mail me saying send photo which l have 3 times. I will never buy from them again it is a scam their phone number doesn't work.

Absolute rubbish! Fabric, sizing and cut are very poor quality. They claim to be Australian but it’s shipped from Asia. I paid over $1000 and won’t be wearing a single item. Do not buy from this company!!!

Save your money. This is a scam. Clothing is not what they advertise. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. So unhappy.

Very poor, I ordered a beautiful advertised dress online and was sent a completely different print, a very cheap, ugly, poorly made dress. Total misrepresentation, this is fraud. Do not order from this company, a scam.

The worst possible most expensive shirts I have ever bought. Had to return and get refund for 3 shirts within 3 months due to poor fabric quality and then getting ripped near the button holes. Customer care issued returns and refunds with no apology as of this is recurring thing for them.

I ordered and paid for 3 shirts. I have had no confirmation of the purchase and no response to emails or telephone messages.
Ironically the day of writing this review the shirts arrived. However no response from the company to my emails, telephone calls and no confirmation of order sent.

Is this company still trading!?!
No response to emails, calls or messages, more importantly no refund against goods returned over a month ago!!! 😡😡😡😡

Simply dreadful. As with most of the reviews I ordered shirts in May 21 still waiting delivery or contact. Payment collected upon ordering nightmare company will not use again or recommend.

I would give zero stars for this company .Ordered 7 shirts off the web site and paid in full .They contacted me by e mail and could not provide 5 of the shirts I had ordered . Sent 2 and advised a refund of £210 for the remaining 5 . One month later and still no refund and no answers to e mails/phone messages Shambles and actually sorry Eterna brand i am not buying your product ever again if you have distributors like this

Bought shirts online on 2nd of Feb 2020. Have heard nothing back form them despite several calls and emails. Have now asked my bank to attempt to recover the funds.

Ordered five shirts beginning of December 2019. Haven’t received them yet. I have now sent four-five reminders via email and called the Eternadirect voice machine several times. I haven’t received a single reply. The money have already been deducted from my account. I’m worried.

Ordered 3 shirts on sale 1st August.
Followed up 10th August - shipment delayed, was offered to cancel.
Followed up 15th August - shipment still delayed.
Cancelled on 23rd August - travelled from ship to address. No reply.
Checked in regarding refund 6th September. No reply.
Checked in regarding refund again 11th September - no information received, no products received and no refund received. Asked them if this is just a scam set-up. Still NO reply.
