Absolutely fantastic shirt maker. The whole process from their website to picking the style of shirt to the cost is clear and easy. I've ordered 4 handmade to order shirts some with French cuffs and unusual collars in colour combinations and they are perfect, beautiful material and expert craftsmanship and specially packaged. They take a couple of weeks to be made and the communication is first class. I approached other bespoke shirt makers but John Clothier was massively less expensive. High quality and amazing shirts with top class service. I highly recommend them.

Das Unternehmen liefert innovative Ideen mit Top-Qualität. Während meine erste Bestellung sehr lange dauerte wurde die letzte Bestellung pünklich und kurzfristig ausgeführt. Leider gab es ein Problem mit dem Zoll, das jedoch mit Hilfe von JohnClothier kostengünstig und schnell behoben werden konnten.

First of all the quality of the shirt: beautifully made, eye for detail, perfect fit. But also the direct contact. I had limited time because of my daughters wedding ( just late, to be honest) and they reacted immediately with suggestions and ideas on a Saturday night. Moreover they kept contact during the production process and expedition so nervousness was limited. And: yes it was delivered on time. Could give 6 stars if possible. The best!

I recently purchased several shirts from John Clothier, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The shirts themselves are beautifully made—stylish, timeless, and truly classy. You can immediately tell they’re handcrafted with care and intention.
What genuinely surprised and delighted me, however, was the customer service. When I called customer support with a question, John himself answered the phone.
John was friendly, professional, and naturally incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail how to properly care for my handmade shirts and even looked up my previous order while we were still on the call. Although he only vaguely remembered it at first, he made sure to review it and reassured me that my new order would be handled exactly the same way—down to every detail—and that it would arrive well ahead of Christmas.
From the craftsmanship to the personal touch, I’ve had—and continue to have—a wonderful experience with John Clothier. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality, style, and authentic customer service.

Website macht einen guten und versendet wird aus England, Ersteindruck gut, aber der Inhaber ist aus Mumbai, auch anhand seines Namens. nach nicht passen des Hemdes wollte ich ein größeres, da soll ich dann an eine Bank in Belgien überweisen????
Und das Englisch der Person ist auch nicht British like, was mich auch stutzig gemacht hat.

Und das selbe Hemd gibt es auch auf Etsy zu kaufen, für 30€ weniger.

Incredible customer service and incredible quality. They came to the rescue with a shirt for my wedding, in a really short turn around time were able to help me find the perfect shirt, were calm, supportive and provided an amazing piece of clothing that will last.

I recently ordered a shirt from John Clothier, slightly wary of the long lead times. I needn’t have worried. The shirt arrived after a few weeks and quality of the product was excellent! Really nice shirt at a great price.

The shirts are a great fit and amazing fabric which is very smooth. These are complete value for money given that they are made to measure shirts.

Very bad experience. It took me about 6 months and 15 days to get 6 shirts. After receiving the order, I have found that only 2 out of 6 shirts have fulfilled my requirements. The other 4 shirts were disappointing. The collar style was not like what I had requested. When I asked why my collar style was not executed as I wanted, he said you just sent a picture, so we were not able to do it correctly. Really!!!. The shirt's length is 90 cm, while I have requested it to be 82 cm. When I asked again why the shirts are too long, he said You are very tall. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional people.

John Clothier is 1 of the best makers of beautiful shirts, polos, high collar shirts.
I have ordered several things and they are incredibly awesome. Prices are very good, reasonable and fair.

Excellent service. I ordered a made-to-measure shirt from this company for my wedding. I filled in the online form and submitted it. I got a couple of messages from them checking the measurements - and I'm glad they checked as I had done one measurement wrong which fortunately they picked up on. The shirt took about four weeks to be made and sent out which personally I think is an acceptable wait time for a made-to-measure garment. When the shirt arrived it fitted perfectly and was of excellent quality. I recommend them!

Throughout the greater portion of my working career, I dressed business
Semi-Formal. An additional qualifying factor can very well be that my grandfather was a tailor emigrated from Budapest, Hungary. I was around the cleaning and dying industry all the while growing up.

I am sincerely impressed by the attention to detail, the style, and their proactive communication to the customer, as displayed by the John Clothier associates.

A typical example of this attention to detail shows in their presentation of the dress shirt. I actually have never seen this level of detail beforehand. The bottom most button is fabricated horizontally, which adds to the stability of the shirt waist inside the trouser.

As numerous other customers have noted, the Egyptian cotton is a unique standard and benchmark for dress shirt fabric globally.

My only wish is that I would have known about John Clothier during my working career..

They provide the easiest way to dress for success.
