I love these guys! I first tried heatless curlers from Amazon and it was awful I didn't get any sleep and it was so hard to sleep in. After many videos I decided to splurge and get the one from Eternal Muse because they swore it was different. They were not kidding! Since then I have bought the bun buns, the original, the mini, and the large one I forget what it's called. I haven't used heat on my hair for at least a year and I only use these. The quintessence spray really helps. I just bought some more quintessence spray and when it arrived the bottle had broken and the spray leaked everywhere. The bottle was empty. I sent an email to Eternal Muse with an unboxing video and they responded immediately. Not only did they send me new spray they got back to me almost immediately. I know some people on here have left bad reviews about the packaging being ripped but I promise if the product was damaged in shipping this company will make it right. I do see their point that the packaging is just a box meant to protect the product. Anyway I know they're a small business and you can see the care they take in everything from customer service, to making sure their products are top notch and taking the little extra steps like packaging so beautiful the customers are upset when the box arrives ripped. Highly recommend this company!

I’ve ordered from this company 3x…I have 2 sizes of the heatless curlers and the bun bons. Their packaging is beautiful! On my 3rd order I even received a bag to store my items in. Highly recommend!

These heatless curlers are unbelievable!! The curls are so beautiful and last so well for me. The only curler I have managed to use - when they say it’s comfy, they mean it! Their customer service team is also so lovely and so quick with their responses. I had many questions before ordering and they went above and beyond to help. Thank you !

Good afternoon, I've just had a big problem. I received the Arion curling iron yesterday, which I bought from your website, and it arrived with a clearly defective seam. I sent you photos yesterday via email to prove it, and they refuse to take responsibility for the return. I find it very unfair that they want me to pay for the return of an item with a manufacturing defect. I've placed three orders on your website, and I'm very dissatisfied with your customer service. When I buy something, they respond immediately, but when there's a problem, they don't respond appropriately. It's understandable that a company might make a mistake when shipping an item; it can happen to anyone. But refusing to take responsibility for the error is unacceptable.

Buenas tardes, acabo de tener un gran problema, he recibido el rizador arion ayer que lo he comprado en su página web y viene con la costura claramente defectuosa, les envié ayer las fotos para demostrárselo por email y no quieren hacerse cargo de la devolución, me parece muy injusto que quieran que pague yo la devolución de un artículo que tiene un error de fabricación, he hecho 3 pedidos en su página web y estoy muy descontenta con la atención al cliente para comprar contestan enseguida pero cuando hay problema no se responde de la forma adecuada porque que una empresa pueda llegar a cometer un error al enviar el artículo es aceptable a todo el mundo le puede pasar, pero que no se hagan cargo del error no es aceptable.

The item with gift box arrived damaged. They don't want to offer a solution unless I pay back everything including shipping costs. That’s my last order

The box arrived torn and damaged because it serves as a transport box, horrible! And the service is not fast at all and it is bad without a solution. I do not recommend.

It's a game changer!!
Incredibly comfortable to sleep in (used the jumbo size), I was so uswd to not getting any sleep using rollers but this heatless curler is super soft I literally forgot I had it in when I woke up. And the quality is superb, you can really feel the difference between this and other brands I've tried (kitch), the others get worn out and have dents after using them, this does not! And the curls were natural and voluminous, even got some compliments from my colleagues.
Not to mention that the packaging is so beautiful, you can keep it on your shelf as decor. Will definitely be trying other curlers from them!

Have ordered from Eternal Muse several times and genuinely love everything about the brand. Their products are wonderful, the curlers are incredibly soft and give such beautiful results.

Have contacted their customer service on two separate occasions, and both times they went above and beyond to help. Special thank you to Jemma for her kindness and support, it really makes a difference

Have been using eternal muse for a while now (my favourite is the original curler and the mist). I’ve recently ordered the shampoo which is also amazing on my coloured hair. On my latest order of the bun bons unfortunately when they arrived one of them had a broken clip. I raised a query on the website with the details and the team got back to me so quickly offering to send a replacement. I even received a follow up emailed confirming when the replacement had been sent along with tracking info. I’ve always loved the products but never had reason to contact the customer service team but the service I received from Sicily & Jemma was amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough from someone who has been doing heatless curls for nearly 6 years now and tried so many eternal muse really is the best.

Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure that you are ordering the correct product and will not have to return as they’ll make up a lie and won’t accept it.

I bought a heatless curler and when it arrived, I realised it was too small as soon as I opened the box. I reached out to their team who said I could return it, I just needed to cover the cost of the postage which I was fine with. I did this, the return took ages to be processed and then once it was, they told me they would not refund me as they’ll curler had been used, it had not. They said it smelt like perfume and had marks on, I knew that it didn’t because I’d barely taken it out of the box! Convenient that it ‘smelt like perfume’ as this couldn’t be proved. From other reviews, it appears they do this quite a lot.

After a lot of back and forth, I eventually gave in and paid for the item to be returned back to me (so I’m now back when I started with a product I don’t want!) and guess what, there is absolutely no perfume smell at all. It smells like it’s fresh out of the factory.

Avoid this company, useless and careless customer service, if you can even call it that. Very disappointing.

The concept works, and the results were fine while it lasted — nothing to make the price point worth the it, but their customer service was advertised as being exceptional. Unfortunately, the durability is poor. The cheaply made plastic clip broke after a few months of normal use, and since it is essential to the system, the entire product becomes unusable. I purchased this in November and the clip broke in March. I used it maybe once every 2 weeks. There is no option to purchase replacement parts, which makes this feel poorly designed for long-term use given the price. Jenna from “Customer Care” confirmed there is no replacement available outside warranty, and they took a long time replying to my email. I would not recommend this product. There are much cheaper alternatives that don’t shut the customer out like this over something so small and easily fixable.

Leider enttäuschend. Das Produkt ist deutlich überteuert, man zahlt hauptsächlich für Marketing und Verpackung.
Das Material ist zwar okay, aber die versprochenen Vorteile (Komfort, Schlafqualität etc.) wurden nicht erfüllt.
Da hab ich selbe Produkte von günstigeren Marken die deutlich besser sind. Würde ich nicht nochmal kaufen

I purchased the jumbo bun bons recently. I've used heatless curlers for years and wanted to try a different type. They were a lovely colour, but absolutely did not work on my hair at all! They also left me with strange dents in my hair from where the rollers sat, which I had to use water to remove in the mornings. Also, in their description they said choose this roller for bouncy blow-dry curls. When I emailed them to say that I wasn't getting any results, they said the curler is only for hair that is already thick and curly, so that's why it isn't working! I can't believe they didn't include that vital info on their product description - then I wouldn't have wasted my money on a product that's not even real silk. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service. My product arrived leaking because of a loosely tightened top. Customer services were excellent and immediately sent a replacement.

I have the best customer experience , I had ordered the wrong item & contacted Jemma in customer service which she corrected straight away but unfortunately due to finishing night shifts & sleep deprivation I had messed the order up completely & wanted the original purchase I had made , Jemma literally went above & beyond to help me responded within minutes to sort the problem that I had created in the first place when they didn’t have to help at all because it was my mistake but honestly the best customer experience I think I’ve ever experienced . Amazing staff , if I could give you 10 stars I would . Thanks again

So I got an original size curler and waited around week or so (Croatia).
I really looked forward to receiving the package.
I have to mention here that I had some random heatless curler from DM (by henkel) so I already kinda had the technique for wrapping the hair.
Than the package arrived. Firstly, the box itself, the whole package looked very very nice, like it was some premium high end product (I now keep the box next to my books!).
Anyways, I tried it and it is so smooth, soft, and seemed very comfotable to sleep with.
So since then I have been using it, and each and every time my technique is better and hair is more beautiful! And it really is comfortable to sleep with!
I used to use steampod every time I washed my hair, but now with this, I really don't have to. My hair is already more healthy!
To conclude, you just need to learn how to do this right, use some light product (like the mist) to keep the curls on longer, and trust me, you won't regret it. Worth of every cent.
I now plan on ordering bun bons, and the pillow as well.

Very comfy, stays in, does not curl my hair at all. I’ve tried multiple times and have the spray and followed all tutorials, not a good brand unfortunately I have another that works well so I know it’s not my hair

I am literally obsessed and pleasantly surprised with how amazing eternal muse heaters curlers works and makes my hair look beautiful!! First I’d like to say their customer service is exceptional. When I made my purchase originally, I forgot to put the TikTok discount in and when I message them, they applied the discount. So I was influenced to buy eternal muse, heatless curlers on TikTok. Like everyone else. And after watching the videos, I thought, there’s no way it’s that easy. So I just tried them out and only had them in my hair for two hours and literally guys, it works! Trust the process listen to their videos. Do the smallest sections you can and you will have effortlessly beautiful curly hair. Even my boyfriend was amazed.

Received a product that clearly has been used with deep dents from where hair ties were used on the rod. Very disappointing for the price and quite frankly unhygienic.

Before even testing the heatless curler, Eternal Muse already gave a very positive impression. Accidentally they've send the wrong colour to me. After informing them about the mistake, they happily wanted to solve this issue by sending the right colour towards me. On top - as a gesture of their appreciation and for my understanding through this error - they let me keep the 'wrong' colour, which ofcourse will be passed towards one of my dear friends to try it out.

The heatless curler is really soft and comfortable to sleep with, which was very important to me. The curls last very long and I am very happy with it!
