Eu Vitilanebike

1 star for terrible customer service and constant delays!I paid $759.00 for a V3 2.0 Electric Bike on August 16 (Order #WTL6524S).They charged my bank account immediately, but they never shipped it because they hid the fact that the bike was a pre-order.This company has already lied to me 2 times by email about the container arrival dates.Their latest official promise was that I would definitely receive my FedEx tracking number today, Thursday, September 3.Today is the deadline, they failed again, and my status is still stuck on "Awaiting information."They are holding my money and giving false dates.Absolutely unacceptable. Do not buy from Vitilan!

Great Bike. Easy to get going. Fast delivery. recomend highly

The bike came on time in a perfect state because the packaging was really protective.
The assembly was simple and the instructions clear. Since then, I've ridden 1500km on my bike and haven't encountered any problems. I use it every day to go to work, and the journey takes 15 minutes less than with a regular electric bike. It's wonderful.

The sensor sometimes fail to activate after slowing down or after heavy breaking which would makes it difficult to ride..otherwise, the bike is a beast!

Bought H5 dual motor e-bike from Vitilan EU. The bike is amazing - can't ask for anything more at the price point it's at. It arrived to Finland well packed and within about a week from purchase. I had questions beforehand and the company provided me with answers accordingly. I had my work colleague also buy two bikes from Vitilan after my experience. And he had nothing but good things to say about the whole process as well.

Ottima transazione tempi di spedizione veloci! Vitilan v3 ottimo prodotto robusta e versatile consiglio a tutti.

Tbh im enjoying riding the bike while going to work
