My experience buying from Herbie and the team at Eurocruiser UK has been second to none, a can do attitude from the get go, even holding the 5th wheeler for us for a month with no deposit paid while we made our minds up, a few extras we asked for were done with no extra charge. Delivery was effortless and on time.
We've already recommended them to friends of ours that are seeking this size of unit, 1 that's looking for a posh man cave and another that's about to start a house build.
All in all we are extremely happy with our purchase.

Called Eurocruiser for help sourcing some parts for my Fifthwheel that I bought damaged from the previous owner, and what a service I received they was able to tell me over the phone what they had in stock, what they could get me and how long it would take to get into stock, within a week the guys in the office rang and informed me that everything I needed was in stock so I travelled over to collect everything, I was greeted by the office staff with everything boxed ready to go, and the lads in the workshop were on hand to answer a lot of the questions I had in regards to the repairs, I would recommend to everyone to call these and see if they can help, as they stock a load of different parts for Caravans and Fifthwheels

Recently took our 2012 Kountrylite in for some damp repairs to be carried out on our slideouts, the team in the workshop couldn't have been more helpful, from explaining what they needed to do, to the updates and photos along the way, they also did a full reseal on the slide outs that had been repaired and the sealant work is better than factory, I will definitely be taking it back in the near future for more work to be done and would recommend to anyone to go here

We visited eurocruiser last year looking at Fifthwheels but didn't have the budget for one, we had a look round all of the vehicle they had in stock and was delighted by what we saw, me and the husband said we would make it our goal to buy one in the very near future, we visited other dealers in the uk in the mean time and was put off by the owners/selling team as they didn't seem that bothered to show us anything in detail, fast forward to April 2023 a we went back to eurocruiser were they had a used vehicle in stock that we fell in love wit, the guys did everything the they said they would and greeted us on pickup day with flowers and a bottle of bubbles, ever since pickup they have been more than helpful with any issues that we have had (mainly us learning it) we wish the team all the best and look forward too seeing them again soon

I Bought a 2011 Kountrylite back in January 2023, and the team here have been nothing but helpful, from showing me how to use everything, setting up a group chat so I can ask any questions on things I forget, (complete Newbie) and advice on what’s best for maintaining the Kountrylite, nothing has been to much trouble would highly recommend these to anyone looking to buy I will definitely be going to see them again when my kountrylite is due it’s Service

PROBLEMS WITH: EUROCRUISER

We would like to start by saying we love spending time in and travelling in our 5th wheel but we hate all the problems we have had with this 5th wheel and the company that sold it to us.

Our most recent problems occurred on 06/10/22 after our service - here is a list of some of our problems we have had with EUROCRUISER.

This experience has kept us awake at night with worry.

1. Moving Rear Wall - Reported July / August 2021 - repair attempted 2021 -repair attempts made - still not repaired.

2. Rear wall - de-lamination in the middle - Reported October 2022 - not repaired.

3. Side wall panels - cracking open - screws coming out - Reported July / August 2021 - repair attempts made - still not repaired.

4. Water Ingress Rear Wall Roof. - Reported July 2021 - no leaks - (see poor  workmanship in videos)

5. Water Ingress 1 x Large Rear Window - Reported July 2021 - no leaks - (see poor workmanship in videos( - (inside rear wall damage due to moisture - not repaired)

6. Water Ingress 2 x Side Rear Windows Reported July 2021 - no leaks (Rear carpets damaged from water leaking in)

7. Water Ingress 1 x Side Storage Door - Reported October  2022 - not repaired.

8. The rear ladder was loose and cracked away from the rear wall - Reported in October 2022 not been repaired.

9. Poor Service Return - (See video of return)

10. Poor Workmanship - (See video of poor workmanship)

11. Incorrect Weights Sticker On 5th Wheel - (Changed after speaking to DVSA)

12. Truck Sold Not Certified As Safe For Use On Uk Roads With Any Weight In 5Th Wheel (over 180kg payload) (We had to pay £450)

13. Double Sockets 240V And Fuse Board Left Off. (See video of unsafe return)

14. Roof vent cover not fitted - left lose  after repair (See Video)

15. Solar panels glued onto the roof membrane  - Came loose immediately (See Video)

16. No Spare Tyre Fitted - Returned 5th wheel after 1st repairs with no spare wheel - Our 5th wheel had a spare tyre - they just didn’t fit it back on.

After searching through all the legal jargon, I was more confused than when I started. Finally when I visited eurocruiser, Herbie and Pedro managed to clarify everything, with all the legal documentation in front of me, so I could understand what they were talking about. Josh and Kevin in the workshop are nothing short of mages and have gone the full length to make sure i was happy with my caravan. Can't recommend them enough!
