Bought a £50 Nintendo eShop gift card but when trying to redeem I got a message that the code had already been used.

EuroGames subsequently ignored any form of contact, so in the end I had to resort to raising the dispute with my bank.

Bunch of scammers. Avoid.

There is nothing to worry about. It works on UK PS Store. 50£ and 10£ added to my wallet on Ps Store. Thanks!

Taken my money, sent me a key that has already been used... very slow responses through email. Going into the weekend where i bet they are closed and ill still be £100 out of pocket.

Was slightly dubious given some of the reviews, however just purchased 2 £50 PSN credit vouchers as being sold on this site by CDKeys for less than directly selling then, got 18% discount over the 12% directly for the single £100 voucher. Code were available straight away on the site and redeemed without issue. The only strange thing is that I entered my credit card details to purchase and they took payment via PayPal instead. Doesn't matter to me as PayPal takes funds from the same card but one to be aware of.

I purchased the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack digitally. The package was faulty. The code they gave did not work. They respond late to emails. It's been 15 days and they are still going to refund the money.

I bought a dlc for pokemon scarlet and violet and when it asked me to create an account, I couldn't. I couldn't give my postcode and it said it was required to put in a postcode

Worst of the worst..third parties payment..no tracking number..order failed and money been taken and they don't know even the order is active or not..don't buy..amazon is far better..
No it is your company and I paid pay card and found out you used PayPal and I didn't even had credit in my PayPal and after two days received a mail saying the money was reversed to my account but not yet received it..and I sent you screenshots from the mails I receive to tell me order is active or not but you said you don't know..

They are very unreliable. I purchased a PS5 and I paid full amount but it’s been weeks now and I haven’t got my order. I’ve sent emails but the don’t respond. I’m really disappointed
