This company has gone AWOL. Their website has been down for FIVE days now. No announcements anywhere, no response to emails (multiple sent and to 3 different email addresses). They have a phone number you can find IF you placed an order prior to the site down and look at the credit card transaction, but no one answers and if you placed an order earlier in the week you will have no way to know what's going on, if your item shipped or even IF they are still in business!!

They have never been great with customer support, but with the website now down and now ZERO COMMUNICATION, yet they have my money, stay FAR AWAY from Carina and her everyday minerals.

Also, for a company that supposedly has 21,000 "followers" on Facebook and has 10 Million in revenue, yet only 3 people have commented about the website being down?? Makes me think the followers are old or no longer active accounts or else they would be flooded with frustrated customers about the site being down and NO COMMUNICATION. Terrible.

My order got lost in the mail twice! The tracking number they provided did not work either time and they refused to refund me. Horrible company.

I can't really say much more....love the customer service, the shipping prices, the coupons, the specials and most of all....the products. :)

This is my absolute most favorite mineral makeup. The offer to buy samples of the different shades of makeup and just pay for the shipping is nothing but amazing.

Yndlings side med mineral makeup. Mulighed for at købe prøver på de forskellige foundations er fantastiske, specielt når 4 stk kun koster 25 kr - og det kun er portoen.

The products are great and the cheap samples lets you try out new products for almost nothing. Samplesizes are big enough to last a long time - i still have lots left from the eyeshadow kit i got a long time ago eventhough i use it almost daily.
I give this shop my best recommendations !
