A lovely friendly place. We took grandchildren (2 and 4) swimming where they thoroughly enjoyed both the splash pool and the swimming pool. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with Everyone Fitness at Hitchin Lido. After giving birth, I asked to freeze my membership but was told I had missed the direct debit cut-off and there was no possibility of a refund or any goodwill, despite the circumstances and despite having been a paying member for some time.

All the same, I accepted their monthly cut off date and terms and conditions and paid the membership fee in full for that month. The following month, I requested the freeze again in good time. This time I was again told I’d missed the cut off, but given a different date. I sent a screenshot showing the discrepancy, and my membership was immediately frozen without question.

This left me feeling that the direct debit date is being applied inconsistently and potentially used as an excuse to avoid reimbursing members. I would have expected greater consistency, transparency and, particularly after giving birth and caring for a newborn, a little more understanding and goodwill.

They just bought the health centre I use. I'm a swimming pool member. They're first action was to close the pool. I'm paying an increased membership, with literally no access. I've tried asking why. They don't respond.

The swimming pool isn’t the most clean and inviting space. A trip to the toilets made me want to run out screaming. Apart from the smell, the place looked generally unclean. Toilets weren’t flushed. Poo stains everywhere. Toilet tissue on the floor and the dryers didn’t work. I understand that this is partly down to the users but they obviously need checking more often than every 4 hours

I take my grandson to the disabled swimming sessions at Hornchurch during school holidays and he loves it. Its very inclusive and very friendly. Staff are lovely. I only wish they held sessions for disabled people at weekends so that we could use the facility all year round.

I am enjoying the beautiful new swimming pool and the activities. I am enjoying the virtual aquafit very much and find the centre and staff friendly and helpful.

The Reef is top quality.

The staff are friendly and attentive enhancing my recent visits.

The gym equipment was plentiful, clean and in good working order. The Swimming lanes are wide enough for you to feel comfortable.

The showers and changing rooms were spotless..

In short, an excellent facility.

I recently used Marshall Street Leisure Centre for a swim. It is an Art Deco gem in the heart of London's West End. It features a generously sized marble lined pool, with great showering facilities - they even have a spin dryer for your swimwear! The staff were friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this leisure centre to anyone looking for a swim in this area of London.

Just joined after a health scare and I’m very impressed with the complex loads of car parking spaces, clean cafe area friendly staff, fair sized swimming pool good sized changing area and shower cubicles .

We have used Basildon Sporting Village for many years we had an amazing family time swimming.

Due to my age, here were a few problems with me my phone and the membership.
I asked for help at the reception and a staff member spent a good 10 minutes sorting and explaining how the app worked.
All the staff at the Romford centre showed respect with a good attitude and were happy to assist in any way they could.
In today's world what else could you want

Extremely disappointing experience. The level of customer service and professionalism at this center is very poor. Staff and management need significant improvement in how they communicate with and respond to customers, particularly when a customer raises a genuine concern. The way customers are approached and treated reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.

I would strongly recommend reviewing the training and management standards at this center. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return and I do not recommend it to anyone, on the contrary.

The pool is a good length (30m). There was a lifeguard to keep an eye on us which felt reassuring. Staff were friendly and helpful in guiding me through my first visit there. The pool itself could do with a fresh coat of paint but otherwise felt clean as did the changing facilities. The water was on the cool side which was nice in our current hot weather but will have to see what it feels like in winter. Parking is easy and booking a swimming slot straightforward. Overall I was very happy with my first experience with Everyone Active at Cheam Leisure Centre. Thank you

Excellent visit to Enderby - I had lost my Membership Card and the gentleman on Reception was very helpful in issuing me with a new card. The gym is very good

Northolt Leisure Centre gym is good in general but just a shame the instructor called Wayne ruins the experience for paying members. Sadly, I don't think the gym cares to address his behaviour. You'd think after so much negative reviews and complaints, he would at least have a light bulb moment or some accountability but none. I can only jump to the conclusion that management tolerate it. I can't give them benefit of doubt of not knowing about this because they obviously are aware of Wayne's behaviours. I seriously don't joke when I say i see Wayne confronting and arguing with people more than I see him helping people train. maybe it's a thing of him being bored so he tries to start petty arguments to save time for himself. I don't know.

i'll give 0 if it had one. terrible website to book anything.

Very clean lanes well organised in swimming pool.

It is a really nice place for relaxation.

Attended first muscular skeletal session, was quite anxious as first time,however 2 chaps in reception were very friendly and showed me around ,gave me a tablet to take to poolside, I arrived early as requested for first time to complete medical history,however I was quickly told by lifeguard that I was too early and go back to changing rooms,was eventually told to return,fortunately a friend was there and assisted me, instructor finally arrived and put music on but disappeared to other end of pool, she was very nice and I agreed if needed I would watch others, unfortunately my tablet was slow and then went blank,but also I couldn’t see the other person’s tablets as unable to wear glasses in pool,my friend s tablet finished and he got out so I decided to follow, so disappointed and decided this is not for me, however now I’ve been back to the centre after 4 years I think I will just go along to a swim session which I think will be more suitable and flexible.
