I had been a member for quite some time, so I was extremely disappointed by how an issue with my account was handled.

When trying to book sauna sessions online, the system repeatedly told me I needed to pay for the sauna, despite the fact that I had a fully paid-for membership and should have had access included. To make matters worse, I was somehow charged £17 because of this issue.

I tried repeatedly to get this resolved. Over the course of a month, I called the gym at least 20 times, only to struggle to get anyone to answer. When I finally managed to speak to a member of staff, I was told to submit an enquiry so that the issue could be investigated and resolved. I did exactly that — and then, essentially, nothing happened.

The most frustrating part is that I ended up having to pay the £17 charge despite it being caused by an issue with your own system. I made every effort to contact the gym, followed the instructions I was given, and gave more than enough time for the problem to be sorted, yet I was still left out of pocket.

Words genuinely cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I was with this experience. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of communication, the difficulty getting through to staff, and the failure to resolve the problem left me feeling completely let down as a paying member.

I expected much better customer service, especially after being a member for a considerable amount of time. Instead, I was left feeling like a victim paying for their mistake and feeling as though nobody was willing to take responsibility or actually resolve the issue.

An utterly infuriating process to do literally anything on the website. I want to manage my membership TELL US YOUR FAVOURITE SPORT, I want to look at my membership category NO YOU MUST TELL US YOUR WEIGHT I jsut want to check my direct debit HOW DARE YOU TRY AND SKIP THIS STEP, TELL US NOW EXACTLY WHAT CATEGORY OF "TYPE" OF GYM YOU FIT INTO oh for gods sake i just want to check my membership NO WAY YOU CANNOT PROCEED UNTIL YOU TELL US YOUR FAVOURITE TYPE OF GARLIC BREAD.
Honestly, it is this utterly insane level of blockages from doing this simplest of tasks, all to scrape data and pry into peoples lives far too aggressively with absolutely ZERO benefit that is driving me so hard nad fast toward my "old man yells at cloud" era.
Seriously everyone active . . . for the love of god STOP this infuriating set up. Let me gym, let me exercise, let me enjoy my membership without you forcing aany and every attempt at catergorising down my throat. It's exhausting.

Apart from having a good swim.the staff were absolutely brilliant. I didn't have a clue how to get the app so thanks to the manager on duty he sorted it for me which was very good so thank you for that. The showers and toilets were very clean also the changing rooms.

Have only just rediscovered my love of swimming at the grand old age of 68 yrs !!
Thorncliffe pool is near to where I live so very convenient to get to .
The facilities are excellent .. very clean and there is a very pleasant atmosphere .
The staff are welcoming , friendly and helpful and I feel safe and comfortable to visit and use the facilities on my own .

I really enjoyed my visit to Taunton Swimming Pool. It was very clean with good facilities. I also like the range of sessions that are available.

First time going swimming at Central Park for a number of years. You must enter car registration details inside which made it easy to park.Changing room cubicles good with plenty of hooks to hang clothes and towels etc.Nice showers and hair dryers. Enjoyed my swim which was booked on a pay as you go. Swimming pool and surrounding were all well maintained.Good experience overall.

I find the staff are helpful and friendly it needs a little better cleanliness in showers toilets and cubicles.
Replenishment of toilet rolls and find it hard to book classes nearly always fully booked.

Excellent trainer, customer service staff and facilities.

The membership staff called Bridget is the best at Woking leisure centre. She is prompt, professional, informative, and gets matters sorted in time. I prefer to speak with her as I trust that things will get sorted very soon.

company has a app where you can log issues and a noted email address nobody manages or addresses a reply or acknowledge this looks to be a a particular issue with management pencil pushers as reception while polite are not able to assist in anything. sort yourselves out your prices are government initiated and ridiculous quick to add fees for mistakes mainly from your issues but zero to acknowledge and better yourselves.

The life guards at the pools are kind and helpful.
There is a very helpful lift at the swimming pool for people with disabilities.
The swimming pool is perfectly clean, and so are the showers adjacent to the pool, and the toilets, but currently there is a need to fix the hot water at the showers near the pool. However: hot showers are available at another part of the building.

The atmosphere in the centre was welcoming everyone was helpful and friendly. The facilities were second to none. The swim teacher made my lesson enjoyable and eager to continue with them.

Poor booking system. Takes payment but booking for swim not logged, so family refused entry and both the Fareham leisure centre and the online booking would not refund.

Really helpful, friendly and approachable staff at the reception. The pool itself was gorgeous, very clean. Changing rooms are clean & tidy, few broken doors and lockers, overall a very nice first visit, we'll definitely be back.

Basically thieves. I prepared a booking but then didn't go through with it, as is my right. Now they're saying I owe them a fine even though I didn't book anything. Terrible app, run by crooks. If you leave something in ANY other shopping bag they don't charge you. Not Everyone Active. Be careful

Terrible website! Impossible to find basic information such as membership prices. About 100 clicks to get nowhere. They need a refund from whoever designed the website. It's not intuitive and awful. Used contact form and awaiting response....

Took my grandson aged 6 to do climbing at Parklands. Afterwards the soft play looked great so we paid for him to do that as well. Very impressed with Parklands - the swimming pool is massive and I spotted some seniors doing a spin class!

The new centre Leighton Leisure is over subscribed. Yet they are still enrolling. However there are insufficient instructors. The centre keeps saying they are trying. BUT NOT HARD ENOUGH. Block membership until you get new instructors. Why don't you advertise at the centre? Clearly you have only profit in mind. Customer satisfaction is not on your list. Some classes have 30+ on the waiting list. In my opinion you are signing up new members under false pretences as they will not get in to a lot classes but you are happy to grab their money. A disgraceful way to run a company

A lovely friendly place. We took grandchildren (2 and 4) swimming where they thoroughly enjoyed both the splash pool and the swimming pool. Staff were helpful and friendly.
