We are an approved retail installer of the Evolution range, and having been in the industry for over 30 years, I am very selective about the products and suppliers we work with.

Evolution control the full process, from design and manufacture through to the finished product, which is a big part of why the quality is so consistent. Their systems can only be purchased directly through them, unlike many competitors who sell bar length profiles and rely on third party fabrication.

The product quality is excellent. The timber look joints and the Storm range, with its pencil round on the sash, give a genuinely authentic timber appearance, and the level of hand finishing really does stand out.

From a trade point of view, the support is strong. On the rare occasions when issues arise, they are dealt with quickly and professionally. That gives confidence, both for us as installers and for customers investing in a premium timber alternative.

Overall, a well controlled manufacturing process, a high quality product, and solid back up from the team behind it.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Evolution Windows and Doors factory, and we were beyond impressed! Nick and Jaydyn were absolutely fantastic—highly professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly.
The factory setup is excellent, showcasing the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that goes into every product. It was clear that Evolution Windows and Doors is committed to excellence, and Nick and Jaydyn went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

I am so pleased with my new Triple Glazed Evolution Flush windows Installed by County The Home Improvers. Not only is the product exceptional quality and looks fantastic, County's installation team Cody & Tyler were a credit to the company and went above and beyond to ensure I was a very satisfied customer! Thanks also to Phil who performed the survey and got everything spot on. Well done to the whole team, We are very happy customers and I'm sure will have some neighbours interested in doing the same!

They use companies that have poor standards of workmanship & will not intervene when things go wrong.The company they used told lies that they were a member of the GGF & the a RISA report established that they didn’t follow best practices. Consequently they recommended by windows be replaced…Evolution are still allowing the company to fit their window….so I would advise not to use them!

Unfortunately this company has a decent product but no ethical code or standards. It has survived only by being propped up on the hard work and sacrifice of Everest and it appallingly treated employees. As for claims that Evolution is self funded. Do you really want to go there? Loans, charges, leases and Everest resources. Paula and Richard, how do you sleep at night knowing the misery you have caused hundreds of people.
I ask potential customers to check their conscience before lining the pockets of it’s immoral directors.

We have a great relationship with Evolution. From a marketing perspective they are always very supportive, approachable and keen to work together on new ways to promote both our company and the Evolution brand.

Windows were fine, attention to detail lacking.

Great products that give the authentic look of timber but without the maintenance.

Since Evolution have come back everything has improved a lot from the processing to the delivery to the quality of the product. They have certainly made sure that they are back at the top of their game.

Great quality product always recommend to clients, it’s all in the detail, keep up the good work 👍🏻

I had Evolution Windows installed to the rear of my property last year ( I have sash windows to the front ) and cannot understand the negative reviews here. After researching all windows in the double glazing industry these are by far the best offering out there. Very happy and amazing windows & French Door

Windows blow and fill with water very quickly one after another after another. Service engineer sent out twice with the I correct windows, then company went into administration, bought out by Everest who now own evolution who are washing there hands of any existing warranty claims, so basically spent a fortune on windows I can no longer see through with a company not willing to sort. Disgusting customer service and shockingly poor quality windows.

They are in administration, do not buy from here as all your guarantees are null and void!

Just had flush casement evolution windows installed by one of evolutions registered installers and the windows are fantastic quality and look has changed our house so much !!

Evolution windows are expensive - that’s a fact, there are much cheaper alternative products out there. However, we had seen two immediate neighbours install them in our street and we loved the traditional timber-look style, the smooth opening mechanisms and the attention to detail. We chose Astragal bars and monkey tail handles and are very pleased with our choices and the overall product.
We knew our installer (Cherwell Windows) was significantly more expensive than other suppliers of the same window and on reflection, given our home was a building site at the time of the installation, I could have saved money on that however both my neighbours had used the same installer and when you are investing £26k (12 windows) we wanted to entrust our investment in an installer that had been tried and trusted by people we knew had personally used them and could vouch for their after sales service etc.
I’d be lying to say there were no issues with our install but the installer immediately took steps to resolve every niggle. That speaks volumes to me.
We are very happy with our choice of installation and installer.

At the end of June 2022 I paid a very large 50% deposit to one of their approved installers (Orchard Windows, Tavistock, Devon) for 9 windows and a door. Since then Orchard has not been in touch and doesn't answer calls or emails. It looks likely that they are becoming insolvent. Evolution won't tell me if Orchard placed an order with them or, if they had, whether they have been manufactured. Requests to speak to a manager are ignored. What is most annoying is that Evolution undoubtedly knew that there was a problem with Orchard before I told them and yet they still promote Orchard in glowing terms on their website - risking other people losing their deposits. This is morally indefensible.

Had some windows fitted to the back of the house. The windows are ok, but the astragal bars fitted to the windows allow water and debris to build up as the tape holding them isn't the same depth as the bars, so allows a few mm top and bottom for debris to get caught. My wife has tried to contact Evolution both through the installer, but they were fobbed off with, 'that's how they are'. My wife called directly, but they wouldn't let her speak to anyone in the technical department. We liked the style of the windows and were going to get the rest of the house done, but it now looks like we're going to be looking for something else.

I have a houseful of Evolution windows.

In 2014 I had my kitchen windows done. The surface on most of the frames has peeled away in the corners. I've been trying to get a fix under warranty for nearly two years now. I've had an Evolution surveyor to my house twice. That person admits there's a fault but Evolution no longer manufactures to our spec. I've had verbal commitments to replace the damaged parts but they never come to anything.

Every time I call or email, all I get is evasion. Just to reiterate, this has been going on for two years.

Evolution's senior management; that means you md, finance director, whomever, has clearly made a decision that you would rather not incur the cost of fixing your shoddy goods.

Do not buy Evolution windows. They were good once but they've gone down the tubes.
